Sad to say, but the organization seems to be a mess. Computer had to little RAM? seriously? (stated by tasteless on stream) no proper schedule, almost no updates. results on their webpage are missing ( http://ppsl.tv/index.php/standings ), 2 players got a bye? (was also for a short time at liquipedia).

waaaaaaaaaa waited 9 hours to play and now it's 11 PM no idea who I play neither what time tomorrow #help
I think MC has got this. The only possible challenges are, in no particular order:
MKP, Sickness/Sase (MC has had dodgy PvP of late, but still better than Naniwa for sure), Sen (Sen is undoubtedly really good, but I'm not sure how good recently. He seemed to be more of a monster a couple of months ago).

I heard MC was in a Bad mood on Day 1.
i think Sen is more favorable here. he only lost to MVP and Nestea in blizzcon. then dominated naniwa in PPSL day1 so i think he's in good shape.
i predict Moon to be in 3rd place. Rossi should make it far as well.
Sickness, if on top form, will rip people apart. hopefully, Sase can bounce back from today's games.
FXO pulled some big surprises during IPL 3. maybe Whale can do the same here as well.

Sen lost to naniwa and to MVP,
anyways during blizzcon and here at this qual. he is beastly, looking very strong!

Agreed. No updates, no schedule, no results...not even in the venue. Staff at the event are no help at all even when you ask them. They're also deleting all negative comments on their twitter and facebook page. Not even a tiny bit of professionalism here. We never even heard a single update from Team AZK, it was the casters and hosts who had to apologize for their atrocious organization.

thnx for the correction. but yeah. sen is on his timezone. no jetlag. and his games are always awesome to watch. he needs to win this!!

tbh I reckon if Sen is losing to players of the calibre of Naniwa (in no way is he bad, just not Code S material), especially in the same matchup as Sen vs MC, then MC should take this easily, no matter his mood/jetlag/Sen's home ground. But we will see: to me, Sen has always been a bit of a dark horse. I consider him about the same level as Socke/Select, some really good, solid foreigners but not normally strong contenders vs really good Koreans.

Naniwa took 2 games off Nestea at Blizzcon dude. He's been practising HARD. He should have taken a series and knocked him down to loosers if he didn't forget a sentry. I can definitely see Sen taking down MC.
Does anyone have any idea whether the ro16 bracket has been released yet or what time will it be?

Nice, it's always great to hear that someone is trying their best to improve an event.

Especially from the late afternoon onwards people were pretty loud and were cheering quite enthusiastically everytime Tastosis asked them to. People went crazy during the Sen-Naniwa games. I'm not sure why the cheers weren't picked up by the camera.
TV/stream viewers always love to complain about crowds being too quiet, while they should be complaining that there is no microphone setup to collect the background noise.

TargA gave his slot to YoonYJ because he had exams. Unfortunately for some reason YoonYJ's flight got "cancelled".

That is fucking disgraceful and it's bullshit that AZK aren't held to account at all.
And yea, it wouldn't surprise me that AZK/PPSL is fucking things up. Any organisation that has ziek/zanooku as one of it's members is probably more slippery than an eel in a bucket of shit..
Okay so.. what is it really? This, to me, is a pretty big deal. o_o
Either YoonYJ really couldn't make it.. or Team AZK, being the organizers, pulled some strings to get one of their own into the tourney. And if that is the case.. well then that is just terrible. x_x

Sen beat Nani and lost to MVP to take the 3rd place actually.

It was double elimination. Sen did lose to Naniwa in the Winner's Bracket at Blizzcon, but beat him later on in Loser's.
