well, that's it from me on this topic.
check the bolded parts.
1.) you just see forgg as another guy that trying to accomplish something that he missed out on in broodwar? how about forgg winning MSL championship? also, he had an insane run beating people like Flash and Jaedong.
2.)do you realize that that oGsMC, IMMvp, IMNesTea all have bw history?

There isn't much incentive for an A class or S class pro gamer to switch to SC2, they are earning plenty in sc1. fOrGG definitely didn't retire to go play SC2. Nobody up and quits in the middle of the MSL if they merely intended to change games in 9 months time.
As such, he's definitely the most in-form BW player to switch to SC2. His 10-11SPL record was 6-7, which is hardly bad (compare MVP's 09-10SPL at 5-13.) Not S class, and not going to win another title, but his BW form doesn't deserve to be lumped into the same sentence as MC and NesTea.
But really, the best part of fOrGG switching to SC2 is not that we might see a new regular finalist and champion (or an old BW guy crash and burn,) but rather that we get to see fOrGG play StarCraft again. I missed him! <3

List of people who have said that Nestea going through MSL/OSL (I don't remember which) qualifiers while sorely training for 2v2 was a feat nothing short of mind-blowingly amazing. Only 2 people ever did that, according to Clide.

I was in no way refering to those players with my statement, please stop jumping to conclusions.

back in their primes, Yellow/Nestea aka ZERGBONG and Reach were always the 2v2 guys for KT

haha crazy hydra has the best signature among all the progamers and what's up with forgg, kt fan in me is curious on how he is doing in sc2 .

When will we get to see him in some games?

someone on ogs (think supernova) said he already had multiple hm accounts and that they expect him to make code s next year , so it seems forgg takes sc2 seriously.
hope he does well

fOrGG was an average A class BW player.
However, if you compare that to MVP who at his prime was winning 40% of his games, MC and Nestea, who weren't even good enough to be fielded to play, fOrGG is way better.
He is past his prime when he won his MSL, but he was nowhere near "washed up". He could actually still compete with the BW pros when he retired.

cant wait to see this guys games soon he'll be tearing shit up in no time

Looking forward to see him in action.

I just saw him play on ESV TV vs FXOTerious. He's really good, made Terious look like a complete and total newbie. Seems to favour extensive drop play but that's the only game really available from him.

double drop in to marine tank, so far so good :D
