One of these does not belong...
Yeah, like maybe the guy who has never won a game in Code A before.

Isn't DRG supposed to be in Valencia on Sept 17th? How will he play in this?
|
I'm really interested to see this tournament. There are a couple of player selections in there that I would argue could have been better spent, but all in all I think it's going to be a great event and I've already bought my Premium ticket for it. I hope this tournament motivates Trickster to really practice hard so he can justify his selection since I think Puzzle or Killer would have been better selections. Also I would have liked to see Bomber in the mix as well. Still, the selection of BoxeR is still a good one since he can really turn it on in these types of special events and he's a massive fan draw card despite NaDa/Polt/Bomber being more consistent.

Seriously though, why choose Tester over Hongun? Hongun is the most consistent Code S Protoss. He got shafted.

Huk is going as well. So I'm as interested as you are. If I'm not wrong this is an online event so maybe they'll simply play their games from Europe?
EDIT: Go back a couple of posts and disregard my response.

Way to go GOM for making yet ANOTHER tournament in Korea to do away with "All there is in Korea is the GSL."
Now we got the weekly icCup (now ESV TV & GOM TV partner) AND AOL!

It's not much, so I'd definitely be busting to try and take the top prize.

It was chosen by a popularity contest in GOM, we chose these guys not GOMTV.

Still though, about $250 just for being selected. That's a pretty good deal either way.

What?
No hongun?
this is sick; pretty much just a korean invitational, and solves the problem of no one buying passes for gomtvt next season.

Looks awesome! HuK is in a tough group though, I think Naniwa has a decent chance. Shame that Naniwa and Huk aren't on opposite sides of the bracket. Group A is going to be awesome to watch.
