Are there any big leagues for War3 in Korea anymore? If there are, I haven't heard crap about any progaming league for War3 in a long time. I know that OGN and MBC both had War3 divisions for a while, but they've been so quite I assumed they had dropped them.

WC3L, the foreign clan league, is going very strong though. There are also a couple other clan leagues and the official ladders of course.

I don't know the specifics, but generally build times for units, buildings, and upgrades for non-NE races were tweaked to help them, while the opposite was done for NE. At first the changes were subtle, but each time the guy grew bolder and apparently by the third time the changes were quite significant.

Not only buildtimes, the defence/attack on units were buffed/nerfed, cuz it was like moon and someone else to discover the changes, where they said something like "Hey, those grunts are unkillable" by just watching the replay.

they had a lot more regeneration on grunts etc., which is why they seemed unkillable, it would have been a lot less subtle if they did more dmg or had more HP/defence

That was probably a legit bump, but that wasn't the reason Dustin was banned. So, I wouldn't worry about that.

It's good to see that he's gotten to a pretty decent level. Hopefully he continues to do well and keeps moving forward. I was somewhat skeptical when I first heard the news a long time ago, but he's done pretty well for himself.
