Ya, blue flame helions Hes playing well though, idk about some drastic skill upgrade or anything though, hes got a pretty good record stomping non koreans anyway.

I think MLG just crashed gomtv by telling everyone to head over there. Can't even access the main page now lmao.

Unfortunately, I missed the other 2 matches.
He definitely played pretty badly against BoxeR. I was rooting for BoxeR the whole way, but it indeed seemed that IdrA had some uncharacteristically bad scouting and decisionmaking errors, sort of rolling over and dying in both games to a timing attack.

Just wait for a while, it'll take a long time but it'll show up eventually.
The stream itself, now.. well, I'm still waiting on that.

It was so painful watching him lose his sentries again and again.
Then I guess he shouldn't make those mistakes.

He played very well, very good control, timing, and somehow his tactics worked over and over.

Losira did destroy Naniwa just as badly last MLG.

You've convinced me, I think he's the 3rd best zerg in the world now.
Between him and July..... probably would still give the edge to July, unless DRG wins this MLG.
He's got a good shot though, so does Huk. They could meet again.

Well losira did dominate naniwa and would huk. His zvt is not as god mode as drgs though. Losira is my hero zerg anyway I almost exclusively studied him to learn zvp ^^ but drg and nestea probably edge him just a bit. Losira has awesome zvp and his zvt has improved, but drgs zvt is scarcely human sometimes compared to losira.

Anyone who thinks DRG isn't tip-top Code S caliber needs to go watch GSTL.

But he's Code-B!!! That must instantly mean that he's a mediocre player! I could even beat him with my 1337 platinum skills!

You are kidding right? DRG is only technically code B. He is incredibly good having beaten MLG Champion MMA, foreigner hero (lolol) huk. Infact I cant think of a televised game that DRG lost since the GSTL final loss again MMA.
DRG also lost 2 matches to sCfOu in June in the finals of a tournament that was broadcasted before the Polt vs. MMA finals. That comes with the caveat that he won the series 3-2 against one of the scariest TvZ players in the world.
Those two matches plus his loss to MMA in GSTL May are his only televised losses before losing game 2 to Huk. I'm not sure how many games he's won during all of that, but it has to be at least 25, as I think he won 2-3 in each of the GSTL May series, 3 against sC, 6 today, 3 in the latest GSTL match against SlayerS, and probably more that I'm forgetting.
Code B or no, his televised game resume would have to put him third in the world among Zergs, behind the two guys playing the GSL finals tonight. His team has multiple Code S players, but DRG is regarded as their ace, and is always the guy they bring out last in GSTL matches.

Also if you want to learn zvt, watch drg vs sc at the lg tournament championship. He shows a really safe, effective way to play the match. Perfect defense in game 1. Definitely a series to study.
