For the second time in Proleague history, the finals will be held at the Jamsil Student Gymnasium. The finals will be held on August 3rd, 17:00 KST.
Previously holding the 2011-12 SK Planet Season 1 finals between KT Rolster and SK Telecom T1, the venue was also used for the Tving OSL finals, the last Brood War Starleague.
The venue for e-Sports events holds between 7000 to 10,000 - depending on the configuration used.

Did anyone have any doubt that it wouldn't be held there? I sure as hell didn't.

It's a good venue. Also, amazing feat, you can buy hotdogs and nachos between the games :O

hello guys it might be a little bit naive from me but it happens that i go to korea next 2 weeks for the holidays with a friend and though i am not that much a starcraft addict, i wondered if by any chance it was possible to assist to this final, or at least to a live event there in seoul? Have any of you experienced something like this ? I just spent 30 minutes on google looking for this kind of information but all the korean website are not translated ;(
I would love some little help.
Thank you

Tickets are free but you still need to pick them up. You may need to queue up the day before or in the morning to collect the tickets.

I dont think we're getting 7k people audience. It's gonna look very empty on the match day

Thank you for your quick answer, so i need to go to the stadium the day before and queue a bit ? ( maybe more) and that's it? I really thought that it would be overcrowded. i will try to make it happen it sure should be something great
If anyonelse reading this is planning to go there, just PM.
Thank you again Endy

By reading this thread one may assume people on tl suffer from heavy mental illness...
I'ts gonna be sick, no it's not gonna be 50 people there, you guys need to stop wishing for star 2 to die in korea, it's getting really fucking sad. What kind of a fucked up community are we when most of us wish for our own game to be dead?
OT: Sick that it's gonna be there, can't wait!

The exact time is Saturday, August 3, 17:00 KST. So screw your plans, get some friends over and prepare some beers
