I try to reconfigure my X-Split to stream sometimes.
I show you my problem and hope someone can help me :D First of all: Yes, i read so many threads here and some helped me. Thanks for it.
I will show you first a VOD
from me. I think the performance is ok. Not the highest, but its ok
Now i try to VOD again.
I patch X-Split etc. but it got high lag spikes at a lower resolution
I tried a speedtest for my internetconnection:

Same like my first stream.
My PC is a Phenom X4 940 BE, 4g Ram, 260GTX. I play at 1280x1024, medium detailed StarCraft.
Streamresolution is 640x480 (first one must be higher) and Framerate at 24.
Now i look at the options from xsplit. There is:
Generell Settings are only markes ar "Optimize for motion picture".
If i select my channel at "Channels" i got this:
User Agent: XSplit Default
Preset: XSplit Default
Codec: X264 (cant change)
Quality: 4
VBVMax Bitrate (kbps): 450
VBV Buffer (kbit): 900
Resolution: Default (cant change)
Audio Format: 22.050 KHz 16bit Stereo
Bitrate: 32000
Codec: MP3
Now i tryed to search with google for some reasons. But nothing is out there
A friend told me i should try to change the "VBV-Rates". I tried but nothing change.Hopefully...
