I almost always opt for 0.33 regen just because it's better to have than nothing, especially when I'm running mana hog characters (Ashe Twitch) that I don't really want to have to buy regen on otherwise. Edit: On an unrelated note, for all the whining about relative strength you see in forums and stuff, if you think about it, aside from a couple heroes (I'm mainly looking at TF and Alist), the "top" heroes have generally come down to earth, and are pretty even, which is actually kinda impressive. It'll never be able to overcome the "if you want disables Fiddle > all" sort of thing, but that can't be helped. Now if they'd add more game modes and make TT go live... :| | ||

TF needs to be redone well Fear needs to be removed as a game mechanic because it's stupid and I'll totally rant about it again if I have to. Taking away fear and putting in something else for fiddle would probably balance him out better. If they did those 3 things, it would make me giddy, but I don't see them happening. I also edited the crap out of my post up there. Seems magic pen > havok in most cases, but they're pretty comparable. | ||

On net average I'm fairly sure I travel none-at-all whilst feared, as sometimes I run away, sometimes I run back, sometimes I run away and then back (thus making me move 0 ground), so for all intents and purposes I consider it a stun. A stun that I think is unaffected by Merc Treads, lasts an inordinate amount of time, and cools down faster than almost every other disable. | ||

3 perserverence 1 good hands (or Teleport/Ghost if applicable) 4 awareness 1 greed (replace this with improved flash/clairvoiance/etc if applicable) 3 meditation 2 utility master 3 quickness 3 CD redux 1 Presense of the Master 3 AP/level 1 Crit Chance (or exhaust/smite if applicable) 4 Sorcery 1 Magic Pen Maxes out your CD reductions, and gets Magic Penetration. | ||
