For parking I'm kind of a noob since I haven't ever had a car out here with me at school. The safe option would be to find a parking space on a nearby street which shouldn't be too bad since JMAC is right off of some streets where you can usually find a space.

You could also park in the general student parking right in front of JMAC and hope you don't get a ticket but that's riskier.

Dang I'd join in too, but looks like I have plans Saturday evening already. I'm in an ATV race in CO Springs on Sunday morning so I have to get a good night sleep and be packed up. Have fun guys!!

No Meetup Tomorrow

Guys, I've talked with Eric (L_Master) and it looks like a lot of people can't make it due to the short notice. To be honest, it's not the best time for me to try and host something since I have finals on Tuesday, but I initially thought I'd try since Aldrovandi got the room, despite not being a DU student.

I'm sorry, and I hope something comes together this summer (though I'll be gone.) I will definitely work to put something together when I'm back in the Fall or Winter. But I think having things planned out a little more is necessary for it to be as good as it can be.

Ok, since the SC2 that was to be held for March 28th, 2011 has been canceled. I would like to try and set up a new time for everyone to get together. One person who I have talked to said that they could possibly host a SC2 LAN, it would be a few weeks before it could happen. I will get with him again and keep everyone updated. Please post of what a good upcoming date/time would be that YOU could come to a LAN. Lets try and see if we can come together somewhere in between to meet up. Fill free to PM me with any questions or concerns.

Also, sry I forgot to put in the last post, please if everyone can join the SC2 FB page it will give us a better idea of how many people there are. Doing this will help us get a idea of how many people are going to go to these LAN and will make setting up things easier for everyone.

Hey it looks like the LAN party is cancelled but I have access to a private clubhouse in my neighborhood that has wireless, kitchen bathroom and even a pool for a cool off dip. I can get it reserved for us only. Its located in north Denver on 120th and Sheridan. I'll look at dates and post back. Prob sometime mid June.

Agree with this 100%, this was just wayy to last minute without even having a venue in place and almost no discussion in the last week or two.

This would be amazing! Please let me know if you are able to get us access; this should work out great as the first Colorado meet-up was at a similar type of venue and I don't think anyone had any real gripes about it either.

Once I hear back from Danatbeach (or whomever really) about a possible venue we can get the ball rolling. As of right now the only problem is that we have no place at which to host this.
