Myself and a few others have created a community/practice channel for Europeans who have set their mind on learning and improving. We have players anywhere from bronze to masters, avg is probably around mid diamond - but most importantly it evolves around improving your game and enjoying the game at the same time
The channel is ultimately open for anyone who are interested in playing games, having fun and essentially building a network to help you improve.
Another thing i feel should be mentioned is that we see ourselves as a low-pressure community. We don't add requirements for activity or amount of games or finding partners to practice with or anything like that, so all that will be up to yourself.
We have a ventrilo that we use and invite some people to sometimes. It's a small sized vent at the moment (donations are accepted lols) so we don't just invite any random person to that right away.

I am very intrested, but I am wondering what the skill lvl of most people is. According to sc2ranks ur 2800 diamond, but how good are ur fellow players?

I'm also interested, I'm currently a very low rated platinum Zerg due to inactivity for a while, but I'm back and I can regularly hold my own against Diamond players.
I'm currently active and laddering, but I could really use a practice group to bounce ideas around and practice specific match-ups and builds together.

My fellow players are of lower rank than i am. I'd say they are of plat level with potential to improve.
i myself am the highest ranked player in the group in my mid-high diamond area.
i'll be adding everyone who posts themselves as interested and we can have a little chat before joining vent and whatnot.

I believe we are about to have an over saturation of protoss players and an under saturation of terran players in our group~ i will have a hard time inviting more protoss players to join us, as i will have a harder time turning down terrans.

Exactly the skill level I'm looking for. I'm online frequently. most of the time in the evenings but also in the afternoons. Rarely to none in the weekends. It would be nice if the OP would be updated with people who fit your description (good English, Ventrilo, low diamond +).

this seems like exactly what i was looking for, my only issue is with ventrillo, as i swore id never install that on my pc again as soon as mumble was released 
have you considered creating a bnet chat room as well? its nice to have a place to form a small community that can then grow. whenever im on sc2 i'm in the bronze practice chat room, its a great place to hang out, but as i'm diamond its hard to find anyone my level to practice with there, so a diamond+ version of it would be very cool

Yea, I think that a chat room to hang around in on Battlenet is a good idea. It might also be a good idea to consolidate everyone's TL.net and B.net names in the first post so it's easy to see who's in the group and to add them to your friends list.

i have been playing games with some of you today, and things have been going well.

the vent we use is only 10 slots as mentioned, so theres only room for so many. if we at some point need room for a player, we might ask another to leave. that doesnt mean 'dont come back', but just that we need the immediate space~

On the ladder I am currently Platinum, but that is due to being inactive.
I dare say that if I would ladder enough I would be Masters, Since I can hold my ground against a
~3k masters Terran friend of mine, with occasional wins. My last games on the ladder have been against 3k diamond players. (Hope it does not sound like I am bragging, since that is not what I intended to)
I am playing Protoss as main race, as Zerg I would be somewhere in diamond and as Terran I would be low diamond. I think at least.. :O.
I would love to play with you guys, both playing to improve and help out if someone wants me to, or playing UMS/Custom maps for lulz. Would always be fun to learn to play/improve my off-races good as well and maybe later go random on ladder.

ok so heres the deal
It's simple really,
The channel YAO Gaming at EU is now open for good or at least half decent players who wants to be looking to improve their game by practicing against others.
What does that mean?
Well. That means that we are trying to create a community where people of different skill levels learn and improve together. It practically involves alot of 1v1's, alot of spectating and alot of commenting back and forth about playstyles and whatnot(positive or negative, at least mostly constructive).
Do you need a certain skill level to be there?
We look for Diamond players or higher mainly
You need to have sort of a mindset thats prepared for improving and getting better at the game. If you don't know if you have that mindset or not, then don't worry youll either pick it up or get bored or impatient fast.
We have a base core of friends who have played games together for a number of years by now. you'll find us in the channel as Goon and Metric
other than that - join the damn channel, hang out and see what happens

I'm a high diamond/low masters level zerg. Spending most of my sc2 time doing ladder games atm, but feel I could improve faster by doing more custom games and practicing more specific things.

I think it would be a nice idea to add the countries of the players to the list, as many people would prefer to train with people from their own country, as it makes it easier to watch replays together and talk on TS/Ventrillo.

My team have practice nights on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. There is usually about 6-8 of us doing customs but guests are allowed join in. PM me or add me on bnet: Jhax.478 if you'd like to come along, we use ventrilo aswell so if you have a microhpone you can take advantage of that.

I think i can practice against any race arround high diamond and masters but i mostly prefer people better than me so that they'll force me to get better. if there is anyone who want to train especialy TVP pm me, im LOW diamond, i dont realy belong in diamond tbh, i havent played sc2 1v1(!) since early beta, and i have just played my first 9 games won 5/5 placement, then lost couple to P all in late game, where he gets his mass colosus up i just dont know what to do, i have ghost up,i have many marauders and vikings and shit, doesnt help at all lol my whole army just disappears, so yeah need desperate help with late game TVP
