Get a vid up.
Tension headache as well? Loosen up the back of your neck with some heat/massage

If you get amped up for lifting... no?
The body can respond physiologically to something before we do it....e.g. salivating and food
If you really want to be sure if something is wrong take your BP right when you wake up.

the exact position it hurts in is if i have my arm bent to a 45 degree angle by my side, if i try to raise my arm while bent like that to the outside... it hurts pon the outside of my shoulder above my tricep
same thing (except maybe even more acute pain) if i try to raise but also move it backwards behind my back
i can also make the pain happen with my arm straight down to my side, rotating my palm so that it's facing back, then lifting my arm up and outward
why did this happen.......... i didn't do anything that should have caused this could it have been caused by deep german hangs?
Sounds like supraspinatus RC muscle.
I'm not exactly sure if you strained it or if its just tight or what.
You can try massaging it and see if that helps, also maybe some codman's exercises.
So for massage,
Lie on your back, put your affected arm out so its perpendicular to your body (90 degs), wiht your other hand reach over and locate the acromion (farthest bony tip of the shoulder). Move medially towards your neck and yuo shoudl go over the AC joint. JUST medial to the AC joint you'll hit your trapezius. Right under there in that groove is the supraspinatus..... dig in with your fingers and do some cross friction and myofascial on it.
Since you have to dig at it THROUGH your traps, youll have to push pretty hard so man up and take the pain... If it's just a tight supra this will help tons. Do it for 5-10 mins a row and see if it feels better afterwards

Basically you find your one rep max, follow the 7 workouts, and increase your max by ~5-7% Skipped the chart in the middle. They start as low as 95 and go up to like 550 T_T + Show Spoiler +
Moving back up after my 20% reset. 82kg bench was really easy today, especially with my wrists wrapped up. I'm confident that I could do 90kgx5x3 without much struggle, so I may hit 100kgx5x3 on SS after all. My squat is at 104kg now, so I'm going to lower my increases to 2kg/session. I'm still hoping for 135x5x3 at the end of SS, but I'm not sure it's going to come. I'm on my last reset, and I would have to take my squat up 20kg from my previous 5RM PR to accomplish it.
After this I think I'll do the advanced novice program, and then maybe I'll cut. That, or I may try Madcow's 5x5 at the end. My body fat percentage is increasing, and right now I weigh 95.4kg (210 lbs). I'm hoping to hit 100kg (220 lbs) on this, and then cut down to around 10% BF. From there I'll stay in the 10-15% range doing "mini bulks" and focus on hypertrophic training.
Feeling good though. Legs are getting much bigger, although the old love handles are getting a bit soft lately too.
Great post, I've been very into this lately eating well and making exercises, last time I checked my weight was around 80kg or so, in the past few weeks maybe 2-3 I started eating "well", by well I mean eating more green stuff and that, and less of everything else, and tbh you can really feel the difference, I haven't weighted again but I think now I might be around 75kg. The only problem is that now I feel really wobbly and I really get bored at gyms and stuff like this, so the whole reason of this post actually is; Is there anyways you could exercise and tone up without using weights, just the stuff you have around home

Thanks a lot, but I can't see the lower weights, since sadly the lowest I can see is just above what I can do. Also, are these 1 workout for each day, or 7 workouts over 2 weeks or something?
Just replace 5x5 with those reps. Just start at day 1 then move to the next, usually takes 3-4 weeks. I dont have the lower ones right now cause that was as liw as i needed but Ill get them fro my friend next time I see him.

Gained a lot of fat last 6 months and want to get rid of that.
Joined a kick boxing club for my cardio, going two times a week. I think this will help to keep me motivated. This is much more fun than running on a threadmill or crosstrainer and i actually learn something
A few days ago I climbed Mt. Si and then climbed The Haystack which is a 300 ft (91.44 m) rock formation at the apex. I'm in terrible physical shape right now so it kicked my ass the next day. Anyone in the Pacific Northwest USA should climb Mt. Si at least once while you're here. The Haystack:
Just found a nice image in todays newspaper I wanted to share. This is Heavyweight Olympic Champion Matthias Steiner after his Silver Medal winning C&J at the 2010 World Championships. He weighs around 145kg (~320lb). That's some serious vertical jump ability.
While I'm at it: This youtube channel has a lot of slow motion weightlifting videos for your disposal (they are normally labeled "angle" or sth. similar). Quite good stuff if you wanna improve your olympic lifts. Here is one example, also of Mr. Steiner (just because I also found the normal speed video easily. there are probably lifters in there which are better technically):

yeah i was looking at that
seems like there's only 2 around me, and both of them are really far from my house, like 30-40 miles.
oh well. guess i'll just have to pay for the gas
for some reason when i quote your posts, i have to take out the url for it to format correctly, haha
where do you live btw?
los angeles. well, more specifically 20 miles south of downtown.
the three locations "close" to me are in monrovia, anaheim, and whittier. and monrovia's website seems like i have to be good to join their team, or do crossfit which I don't want to do.
Finally not raped from playing rugby all weekend Hang cleans: 5x95,135,145,155, 4x5@165 and last set i did 8 and fell like i was going to collapse. My traps are going to be so sore T_T Benched afterwards and was so tired almost dropped the bar on myself. Worked up to 1x245 though, going for new max next time, hopefully 255-265. god damned bench i should be at like 325 by now
Just installed a stripper pole into my house. time to show off some skills.
