Within 2 hours I was so bloated I had to lay down. Took some celery tablets this morning and drinking tons of water, going to flush it all out and make me new again! Also, flying out to Auckland this afternoon, 12 hour stopover and then LA! | ||

3 games at the big 10 tournament, went 1-2. 150 minutes of rugby really takes its toll on your body though. On the bright side I scored and murdered a kid. Might not be lifting this week; feels like i got hit by a bus lol. | ||

my shoulder is REALLY bothering me... maybe i didnt just make my deltoid sore. maybe i messed my rotator cuff up? it doesnt seem to be getting better, though it's only been a couple days the exact position it hurts in is if i have my arm bent to a 45 degree angle by my side, if i try to raise my arm while bent like that to the outside... it hurts pon the outside of my shoulder above my tricep same thing (except maybe even more acute pain) if i try to raise but also move it backwards behind my back i can also make the pain happen with my arm straight down to my side, rotating my palm so that it's facing back, then lifting my arm up and outward why did this happen.......... i didn't do anything that should have caused this could it have been caused by deep german hangs? | ||
