You're more likely to get phase boots on mid warlock than on Support, since phase is a decent 1v1 laning item. But most of the time on either you're going to stay on brown boots. Midas should also still be on the support guide, even if it's not core. | ||

Math: If I want to keep a full combo's mana in reserve, and have just Wand+Blademail for +Int, at level 11 I can afford to use 4 rocket flares per base trip plus about one every 30 seconds. Fair enough. If I need to combo someone and don't go back to base afterwards, I need to skip rocket flares for over 3 minutes to regain my combo. Not good. Granted, I probably get a couple of wand charges, but not 300 mana worth. | ||

Valve asks if I've shipped any content in-game, but they follow-up by asking if I've shipped any items. I mean, the guides are part of the workshop, they go through a similar process of ratings, they get featured on the Steam Client and they are considered "content".
