Should Protoss have a premier tournament champion in the next 5 years? I mean everyone seems to hate the dirty Protoss, there is that elitist terran bias on tl.net all over the place, but they might actually deserve it. Probably. Just one to keep them trying. But it will be hard, considering the amount of 2nd places they gathered and that their championship material from the past 3 years are Neeb(NA only nowadays), Stats(who needs like gazillion tries for 1 title) and Classic(who's creating the strategy to beat the evil twin brother of Korea). So, it all boils down to the question - has Stats accumulated enough 2nd places to win something now? I don't know. In the end, Protoss is the Kong race  | ||

This would also be preferable from a Terran point of view as protoss will no longer be able to attack me else I could leave his parking lot and go kill his workers and bang his oracle while he's not at home. | ||

But what happens when the HydraRoach burrows? Does the Hydra still remain above ground? Can a HydraRoach be detached from itself if the hydra is killed? I don’t think we should give Toss a HydraRoach-Like unit without answering these issues. | ||

Psionic storm damage increased +3 per tick vs biological units. (chance to play with numbers) Disruptor replaced with reaver. Reaver scarab AI improved. Forcefield takes two hits with corrosive bile to be completely destroyed. Following the first hit the forcefield's radius is reduced by 1 unit. | ||

Imagine a 100g 50m unit that when it spawns it can cast 1 force field which is killed by a 7s cooldown ravager bile? It only takes another ~64 in game seconds to get enough energy to cast another one. | ||

I think that's one of the best dynamics that's been introduced in LotV. In the early game though, T1 access to bile renders small numbers of sentries totally irrelevant. In my opinion, the game would be best served by making hydras T1 and ravagers T2. If protoss can opt to build a gate to block the driveway in the early game (the forcefield), it should keep the enemies' cars out until T2 i figure. | ||

The greatest war minds will be having lectures there. In the middle of the academy will be a small garden where the future generals can meditate and clean their minds and think about murdering other armies in the most effecient way possible.
