In my opinion it's better than Hearth of the Swarm and especially some tracks are just perfect (for instance: "The Firstborn" is so epic). What do you think? Do you prefer LOTV's music or HOTS's music? Also, as a musician and somewhat producer... I really have to give serious, absolute props to the sound and music team. From just what I've heard in the beta, the music has been slightly redone (takes a long time to rerecord!!) and the sound quality has been upped a serious amount since HOTS! Wow. Great job guys. Edit: The sound quality: If you listen closely you can hear wayy more in the LOTV mixes. There's much more depth and width to the track. | ||

"The Firstborn" is based on this track from World of Warcraft : Yeah i noticed the similarities immediately while playing. One of them reminded me of another track too | ||

Before they announced LotV they teased us with this clip https://soundcloud.com/starcraft-ii-official/blizzcon I've listened that small clip hundreds of times and wondered which theme it is. Turns out it was (spoiler just in case) + Show Spoiler + The Fall Of Shakuras! It still gives me shivers. So beautiful. | ||
