This will result in further erosion of their customer base. I myself am used to spending 105$+ per year on GOMTV for the past 4 years. I will not be spending 150$+ a year. I will now not be sad when GOMTV closes its doors in a year or two. EDIT: 13.99 per season? This is closer to last years, i'll think over the purchase.

Raising prices on existing customers is only one of them. Not the best option in my opinion either.

It doesn't matter, lack of communication is disgusting. Luckily we had Seeker who has asked GOM about it and we got confirmation that from now on low is for non-subs, if Seeker didn't do that, who knows when we would get the answer. They've made mistakes before and were giving us source quality for free sometimes, and a lot of people thought that this is a mistake... It would change nothing. just a standard PR statement that they were switching things up (because whatever). and not being like that: launching stream, oh it's on low, back to medium at least. What sub needed for medium and 13.99$/month that's fucking ridiculous. + twitch and GSL has been such a downgrad for vods so the live quality was pretty much the only reason to sub.

guess for as long as the game stays active they just want to milk the hell out of the small niche of hardcore fans who will pay for SC2 content? kinda disappointing, but capitalism is what it is On January 09 2015 21:17 nkr wrote: What exactly did you want them to tell you?
