Nah, radio is too hard to get. Battle reports for free, low stream should be gold package, med quality - platinum. Probably high quality can be named Koprulian

Note that the rules linked in the OP is only for what Blizzard calls "WCS Global Events", which are tournaments such as Dreamhack and IEM, and doesn't apply to the Premier Leagues. Whatever rules Blizzard has set for those leagues hasn't been made public (as far as I know). See here.

Hola to slow and other unbreakers dont use korean proxys. Maybe Europe to Korea is still such a bad connection.
