i think this finale was better than last seasons... even though quattro was pretty bad, i still think the pattern game from the finale was worse when jinho's side was stacked with all the smart people so he could keep passing to his bench. but yes overall this season was inferior to last

It was a great finale. Indeed it was better than the S1 finale in terms of tension and games. Quattro was a ok game. Not worthy of the finals, but maybe because of the edits it lacked a bit. You could see Boxer's body language giving away the results. The Indian Hold'em redeemed Boxer's performance during this season. He had a great strategy while Sangmin had only his intuition. However, maybe it was a mistake choosing to play it first. The poker game was a surefire way to victory for Boxer, but he wanted to pass the pressure to Sangmin with a victory. Maybe it'd be better to risk a bit with a possible random win with Quattro. In the end it kinda wake Sangmin up. Boxer in the password game was a bit irrational. He started the game, so he could use a sure way to get the password than that gamble, but I guess the item that Sangmin had pressured him to find the answer before the safe way. It almost paid off. Sangmin was pretty luck with the items. They were overall more effective than Boxer's item. You really need luck on your side. I'm glad he won this season. He really worked hard for it and played brilliantly. Maybe a bit on the manipulative side, but that was fair game. Although S2 in general wasn't as enjoyable as S1 and S2 cast was less likable than S1, I think it had its charm. It also shows some production errors more clearly and maybe it'll be avoided next season (if it happens), so hopefully we'll get a better S3.

2) Password game: ok, Boxer SEEMS to not know wtf he's doing. But if you guys think about it, Boxer said his next guess is 50/50, that means he would of gotten the answer in 1-2 turns. So if it weren't for the fact that he miscalculated and lost one turn, and Sangmin used the extra turn token, his seemingly random ass strategy would of matched Sangmin's so called "most efficient" strategy. So just the fact that Boxer came up with something like this himself kinda blew my mind already 3) Same thought as everyone else; wtf @ genius 2 staff, way to ruin a potential epic final; quattro was such a shit game, ESPECIALLY with those limitations

What the fuck, an entirely RNG game as the decider??? The eliminee's even admitted that they would do their best to help whoever asked them first, meaning the only aspect of the game which required skill (networking so people would help you, plus communicating with them) was removed entirely. It was literally get dealt a good hand, then guess who had the best cards for you. Like wtf... The first two games were actually good and intense though, but seriously, literally flipping a coin to decide it after 12 weeks... what in the actual fuck.....

Just want to thank Clefairy for the links to some other footage. Watched a little bit and looks fun so gonna watch the rest tonight. As for what I expect to happen in the finals. I can't be sure but + Show Spoiler + Boxer is so strong in the 1v1, and he really has the ability to prepare and basically break the game. I think he will have practiced a lot with Yellow for example, just like the lazer death match game where they teamed up to find the winning strat. And then he will basically win because it seems to be two old games and a new one. He should completely dominate in the order games. But we'll see. I'm obviously rooting for him but wouldn't be sad if Sangmin won because he has been the most consistent over the two seasons. Always playing to win and comfortably making it very far. I think he deserves it more. Looking at it from how entertaining it was. Sangmin was the reason for so many interesting twists and he's always on the background having a huge influence. However that doesn't matter of course. The game only knows winning and losing.

Really good final aside from Game 3, Boxer redeemed himself from a weak season by playing some interesting strategies. Too bad game 3 was such bullshit. I'm gonna go with the producers planning to play picture hunt in the finals but they had to change it up after sangmin/junghyun broke the game. No one thinking clearly would ever choose this game Does anyone have information about a possible season 3? Season 2 was announced right after the finals iirc, does that mean anything?

![]() + Show Spoiler + The Poker game turned out almost exactly as most of us was expecting, with BoxeR winning comfortably. The Password game was indeed a mistake from BoxeR. He was only able to guess that because of his lucky question with the 8. Otherwise he would've been completely screwed for sure (He did guess wrong anyway, so that didn't matter in the end). Sangmin played a textbook game and deserved to win. As for Quattro, the reason why the producers chose like the most random game possible for the final is beyond me. Overall, Sangmin winning makes me happy. I've rooted for BoxeR and YellOw all the way, but in the end, Sangmin was definitely the true genius of the show. A nice ending for season 2. Although this was not as good as season 1, it still has some enjoyable moments. I sincerely hope there will be a season 3 in the near future. And Clefairy would continue subbing it.

i know a lot of people are criticizing yohwan's play in the password game but i think it was a high risk/high reward strategy he was going for to go for the win. if he got lucky with getting specific numbers in the beginning (which he did, getting the 8 and the 9) then it should have put him in an advantageous position. he screwed up the execution a little by first getting the wrong numbers and then not asking enough questions about the order of the numbers but i don't think it was a terrible strategy on his part

Because if it was the case it could have crushed Sangmin strategy. At one point Boxer tell him the truth and at the end the final password is incorrect and sangmin can't guess when was the time he didn't get the information he wanted

+ Show Spoiler + Well pretty much everyone here has already said it. Quattro was a bullshit game. Before the cards were going to be flipped I paused and asked myself if I even cared if my personal favorite won. I realized I didn't care either way because the game they had to play for it was so stupid. With people in the room you could communicate to some extend, and even before the game started you could make tells. So the first time we saw this played they almost had perfect Quattro which seems like the reason not to allowed that this time as it would literally mean "the group" decides the winner. However removing that just made it a very random game. Both the first and the second game were fine in my eyes. Amazing play by Boxer in the first and in the second Sangmin picking the safe and consistent binary strat that the "smart" guys also came up with as their prefered choice was good. Boxer was a bit weird in that game, you really need to be on top of your notes when you take that approach and he simply made a mess. Editing there was really good though. Maybe too good even as the constrast with the Quattro game afterwards become night and day. Overall I can end this season well. Still good in places but overall a lot worse than season one because of the lack of gamebreaking strats and more random plays and goofyness. Sangmin is a good champion. Especially if you look at this season being a lot more about how to handle the people when these participants were very much inclined to suddenly change paths, dealing with that Sangmin is what is good at and he owned it. Hope they make a third season because I've been prioritizing this over pretty much anything else I'm watching. What I would like to see is a different cast. I don't want the games to change to not allow weird stuff to happen. That being possible was always an exciting possibility in the first season. However with this cast being like half goofballs that didn't actually play the games was a huge loss. I wouldn't like a cast where everyone is using notepads to figure it out either even though I prefer that approach. Maybe the solution is in reducing the influence that interacting with people has on the game? While they broke tons of games in season one which is very fun to watch and can be edited incredibly well making it even better, a lot of that was because of alliances. I think most games you couldn't even rig without these alliances. For me, that has to be biggest "issue" with this show. As you can see in season two when the members of those alliances go rogue 247 it just becomes weird and a lot less fun but whatever. I guess it's hard to balance so lets be hopeful they find a way. And that we get to see another season of this great show.

+ Show Spoiler + First game was epic. I thought BoxeR's strategy for the second game wasn't bad at all. It's not a surefire approach like Sangmin's, but it had the potential of revealing the answer sooner. Unfortunately, he miscalculated and Sangmin had the 2 for 1 turn item... ...and that Quattro pick as final game of the season...ugh.
