I was a Starcraft aficionado, playing on my pc from age 12 onward rather than playing outside, but truth be told I wasn't fond of urban life back then. Starcraft was so fascinating with all the permutations of strategy available at real time. Well, it was my luck that I got back to my rural habitat, exercising swimming and cycling got me some of the youth that my body deserved. Later, medicine taught me good healthy deeds that are actually not provided in an artificial environment. It is so bizarre that within mainstream culture we don't know much about vitamin D being a STEROID hormone, hence putting lean bulk on our bodies the healthy way. It has also been found by an English dermatologist that UVA sun radiation releases nitrous oxide like chemicals that reduce vascular resistance. Notice, vascular resistance is the cause heart palpation is bad when blood vessels do not dilate. It is so easy and healthy to live in the nature, we unfortunately miss the good value enclosed in doing so. Keep it up, and stay free of gluten, too.

I actually am aware of these problems as well and I have done some amateur research which verified my answers. The one ingenious thing I have came up with is push-ups. But not just any push-ups, if I lose a game, that's 10 push-ups, if I win, I don't do any push-ups. Keep in mind, I have similar physical shape like the OP
So, instead of letting that steam get to you or you play your next game stressed, just get down and do some push-ups.

Hm, I think I do that, actually.
Sometimes, when I play SC2, I can play for hours. Sometimes I'll play for a short period of time, and then feel like doing something else. (And I do, because it's not like I have a practice schedule or anything; I just play the game for fun).
And funnily enough I don't end up playing much ladder 1v1....

so i guess sc2 is confirmed for most unhealthy e-sport? guess the moba players can consider themselves lucky their games aren't as streesful as sc2 As someone who plays LoL when not Starcraft, I sincerely hope you're kidding.

Without too much looking into it, that sounds about right cause I never get nervous but when I played less my hands were almost shaking when I was playing.
