The Global StarCraft II league is back after an eleven-month hiatus, starting its comeback with the Code S Season 1 qualifiers.
The stakes were considerably raised from 2024, due to Code S being contracted down to 12 players, as well as the format being changed to give beneficial seeding to the top finishers in the qualifiers. In addition, several international players travelled to Korea to participate, further raising the intensity of the competition.

Code S Season 1 will be played from May 7 to May 16. The starting groups for the RO12 will be announced at a later date (read more about GSL 2025).
