Hots is the competitive version of sc2 now, Wings is just something people play that havent bought hots yet Spawning seems to make me think that's not a good enough excuse anymore... although I don't know if Spawning will let you 1v1 in a league. Probably not, in which case I'm wrong, but I don't care, because taking GM away from WoL means I have no self esteem anymore. + Show Spoiler + Actually, nothing above has anything to do with it, my self esteem was shot down way back in Warcraft II.

Diamond/low master level players are pretty misrepresented with it in their profile. I'm totally support this like I also stated earlier in the thread :D

I don't like the change simply for the fact that if some people found it fun to get there then let them get there and keep their fantasies if thats what they want just isolate HotS information and WoL information as no one should care if you were GM in WoL if you're bronze in HotS (exaggeration, but you get the point.) They are both entirely different games and if people had fun doing it then good for them its not like it affects you or I in anyway.

It caused no harm to anyone by having it there. Taking it away isnt the end of the world either but it seems like a waste of their time imo. Could have just left it to the amusement of those who were left.

I dont care either way whether it was still active there, but what damage does it do to you or your ego that it was active until now? Who cares if someone left over in WoL got GM. They are GM in a game with 1% of the previous player base or some other low guestimate. Why does this bother anyone? Are you unhappy you didnt get GM? Jealous? It doesnt tarnish GM at all because no one is going to confuse HotS GM with WoL. The best that can be said for those people in WoL GM is they'd have a happy few moments after they made it and that would be it. They arent dumb enough to think they are GM quality in HotS too so why does it bother so many people? Do people search for useless shit to complain about? It caused no harm to anyone by having it there. Taking it away isnt the end of the world either but it seems like a waste of their time imo. Could have just left it to the amusement of those who were left. My thoughts exactly it's just a game and if WoL still gave people some enjoyment then let them have it. Not like it really matters either way I just don't understand why its such a big deal.

Damn, this post made me realize why I felt kind of upset about this. Why would you dilute the deeply embedded term marriage with the notion of homosexuals? (dicking around? :D)

Now if they'd make GM the true 200 best players per region that'd ´be great

All they had to do was separate WoL and HotS statistics since no one cares about your WoL rank even before HotS as if you were diamond in WoL and now your silver in HotS no one cares about your diamond its just a picture. Also if your not good enough to be in GM then your not a real GM even if you were one in the past. (Within reason of course.)
