How so?
I'd assume from TL's perspective, not the GSTL itself. Would be too time consuming to participate in two offline teamleagues plus individual leagues plus oversea tournaments. All we need now is a grand final between PL and GSTL winning teams at the end of the year.
Isnt that what their plan is? Play in Korea, because they are establishing mutual team house there? Now playing only in the PL and not in GSTL or GSL would be strange.

How does it work? Is there a maximum number of players a team can register at the beginning of the season? Can they change the roster at some point?
When I mean lineups, I mean who plays who on which map. Used to release the whole weeks matchups on Wednesday nights but then the match fixing scandal hit.

Also, since the matches seems to be played on monday, doesn't it prevent a lot of the player playing in it to travel to foreign event? : /
Note that i'm new and know nothing about the ProLeague, it's fame and it's crazy fans and i'm just looking at the numbers in a neutral perspective, no need to hate me :p
" The games will be broadcast four days a week, on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Two games will be played back to back on weekend game days. " http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=384447 but also note: "while the schedule for further rounds will be determined taking expanded international tournament participation and HotS into consideration." So, they will make sure the players will be able to participate in the other major events.
The prize pool seems big but GOMTV paid well over 1 billion won in prize money in 2012, and assuming 3 OSLs in 2013 OGN will end up paying out around 600 million won in prize money, so at least for 2013 they'll be behind in SC2.

Stop making prize pools a competition, they don't matter at all.
Prize money is just the cream of the top, what we need to aim for is better wages, rather than 5% of the players getting a good bonus, all need to be able to live off playing the game, which prize pools wont help with too much

It isn't a mutual team house, it's just EG's house in Korea.

JYP/Sea/Zenio/Puma/HuK and then the ??? player and maybe IdrA in case he already is in Korea by then.
A lineup that doesn't seem good enough to beat KT to me, but we'll see.
This is getting better and better, IM LOVING IT, looks like KeSPA and Proleague is whats gonna save the whole starcraft universe ONCE AGAIN. Thank god things are looking this great. NEW freaking KeSPA maps and recent patch (Things just cant get any better) THX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Isn't Stephano going to be in Korea in time for the match? If so, I can see him winning a match against any of the KT players, even Flash. And Huk might stand a chance too considering he knocked out Action in the last Code A prelims.

Thorzain and Stephano too right? I think they could compete since there isn't really anyone else notable from KT so far in SC2 besides Flash.

and proleague players played sc2 just for some month back then. they didnt get worse ofc. every foreigner playing there would be just a present for the kespa teams. perhaps in matches with no meaning. try to stay realistic despite the fanboyism.
The only top 5 foreigner there is naniwa. And he had a positive record. MvP was a mess and cross-server, so the results don't say much anyway.
Saying that Stephano can't take a game off a proleague player after he beat 4 gsl champions in a row is just...lol.

Even if you accept his argument, the Liquid part of the team is all Korean and the EG part has a couple of Koreans, EG-Liquid is by no means a pure foreigner lineup, far from it, half and half or over 50% korean looks lik ethe way it will be.
Also, Stephano is fucking good at this game. He easily ranks with most top tier Koreans.
How long will Liquid be a "foreigner" team anyway? Is it all about who owns the team? If you don't include Nazgul, the team is half Korean. The way things have been going the next time a player retires or gets signed that balance will tip to mostly korean players. What kind of a foreigner team is mostly Korean?
Note: I'm not saying Liquid has been doing something bad, the Liquid Koreans are players any team would want.
Edit: Idra just said on stream he wasn't sure when his next tourney is, will he not be around for the first few matches or something, just not mentioning this?
