Very small modification, that replaces Overlord portrait to Overmind portrait for all Zerg buildings. I haven't found way to replace portrait for buildings only, so Overlord unit will be with Overmind portrait too. But when I will find way to replace portrait for Overlord(unit), I'll update this mod.
How to install:
1) Backup your original file, located in Liberty.SC2Mod folder and move backuped copy anywhere you want
\StarCraft II\Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod\enGB.SC2Assets
2) Open original file with any MPQ editor
3) Download files with Overmind portrait
4) Open archive and drag Assets folder to window with opened enGB.SC2Assets file. Drag that folder, like you moving any file/folder between two windows in OS

Regarding Zerg Advisor voice, you can replace it too with same method. Just go to my old thread, that contains a lot voice variations with Zerg advisor voice, including some unique voices, that are similar to Zasz, Daggoth and other zerg advisors, and not only zerg

P.S. Blizzard don't allow file replacements, so there are some small risk. But I don't know about peoples, who got banned, using small modifications, that replaces sounds, models, textures etc. I think, Blizzard prior to ban peoples, who using mods to get some advatange in multiplayer. Here, Overmind can't give you morale boost with +200APM and 200% buffs for all zerg units.

All these mods seem so awesome, just like the BW sound mod, and team color stuff, but I'm too terrified of getting banned to use them =(

Find me player, who got banned for using those tiny and small mods. I'm also interested in finding those banned players

I would think that their position on these matters are about the same as they are on modelswaping in WoW seeing as its the same comapny. In wow you got banned if you started messing with the world itself to get a unfair advantadge, but just changing say orcs to look like humans realy didnt get you in any risk. I would think that this is the same thing. I model swaped in wow for several years without having any issues with it

I hope, in HotS we will have Izsha's portrait on all zerg buildings.

With that method it's possible to change any portrait, that you want, without replacing original files.
For example, you can replace portraits for standart units into mercenary portraits, or replace protoss portraits to golden fleet portraits.

Nice if I'd play zerg I'd really appreciate it, never understood what retard at blizz decided to use overlord picture for buildings.

I use korean unit sounds for nearly a year through many patches and I have never had any problem with it.
This seems great too, going to try it.

You will have problems only when someone will start do many reports to you for something, that gives you advatange
I model swaped in wow for several years without having any issues with it
Regarding all, who thinks, that can be banned immediately for using those small mods, that not giving advatange, read this quote again and again.

Fixed a bug, that caused to don't show Overmind portrait. Plus, I've updated static portrait and a bit darkened background for animated portrait. Now it works normally.

by using a mac, i can extract mpq files... but none of the 'assets' files....anyone know how?
(i choose to extract, but the files are unclickable)

Use WinRAR please.
After extracting you will have:
* Assets folder
* Then inside "Assets" you will see two folders, called "Portraits" and another "Textures"
* etc

This is really cool, will you create one for protoss? That could be awesome .
EDIT: I should probably say that in regards to changing the portrait of the nexus to something like Tassadar or whatever it was in BW, I didn't play it enough to really get it down.
