I am waiting for this moment where big sc1 team switch over to see if they can dominate sc2 too This is like saying Football or Hockey is old -.-; Either way, this is wild... would love to see some Korean netizen responses o.o; Football and hockey have better presentations now since TV has improved. Old TV is old. So watching old hockey is old. Hockey has evolved and is not the same thing it was 30 years ago or even 10. Very similar but also quite different in some ways.
Not that old things arent great Eg)FF2,3,7 or BW But shinier versions of those are more new fan friendly

Increase in competition in korea means that the top koreans would train even harder than they do now. im pretty sure most of current korean sc2 won't keep up if not all. SC2 will have few resets (2 expansions, years of patching) so the current advantage of sc2 players will fade.

PS:Flash as a terran? I imagine how much more protoss and zerg players would whine. Flash as terran? I'm guessing Blizzard would have to make replicator for zerg aswell as buff it greatly for protoss so Flash would'nt not to ruin Esports by showing how you could play terran!

I am waiting for this moment where big sc1 team switch over to see if they can dominate sc2 too I hope they do well but don't dominate.... I'd be a sad panda if the top sc2 players currently got surpassed bigtime It'll take some time for them to actually be capable of taking down guys like Mvp, Nestea, Bomber, MMA, GanZi, DongRaeGu, sC, and so on, but they can probably do a lot of damage in Code A.

It's time to find out how much we really suck. Bisu?
If they start playing seriously, everyone is so fucked. MVP. IdrA. Nestea. HuK. Deep. Shit.
I'd love to see some of them playing.

Translating 100% of an interview or article word for word is infringement. Reproducing Fomos English articles in their entirety is also infringement.
You can still cite a Fomos article and relate the general story, but translating entire block segments of an article or interview is infringement. To me, translating is putting it in his own words as I am sure it wouldnt translate both ways to say the same thing after he was done. I'd assume enough is different to be fine. But thats just an assumption ![](/mirror/smilies/puh2.gif) The assumption is incorrect. Paraphrasing it in your own words might suffice Maybe he sucks at translating A fail translation is similar to a paraphrase lol

I think the BW bunch that visited Blizzon and saw the crowd/energy/actual game itself pushed SC2 as a actual possibility for KESPA

guys let BW die, it is the way of the world something must go away to make room for something new. SC2 has the potential to become even larger than BW is Korea. I know it is great but we must let it go. The impact of so many new teams to SC2 pro sense will create so only good things. More tournaments, more sponsors and more nail biting moments we fans can enjoy and smile days after.

Bad example.

Why cant both live together? Why to kill BW and korean esports is good? BW is better game, with better metagame and more high level games....

It's sad that BW is being sacrificed , but on the other hand this means that SC2 will have much more legitimacy/exposure in Korea.

football and hockey doesn't have version 2 of a game thus it is impossible to "migrate"
and yeah i would love to see korean netizen response too
sc1 was in their blood already, can they accept a new kind of blood inside them or will it not work for them?

The example he is going with is TV. Would many people watch if it still was shown in black and white with a small screen? Only few thousands can watch it live.

It's obviously not the same thing and I really don't believe that koreans aren't into sc2 because sc1 exists. That's like saying you can't enjoy college basketball because you watch the NBA. I think player pool would certainly increase though.
