Entirely incorrect. Carriers were hugely popular in BW PvT.

You kidding? Carriers are very common in PvT, I'd say 1/5 games have them. Just take a look at the recent OSL, Jangbi's clutch Carrier play was crucial to his victory.

Not so common nowadays but Sair/Reaver into Carrier is a beautiful strategy to watch in PvZ.

That has to be changed. Or mutalisks lose their purpose for giving you map control. Didn't Browder say they were supposed to be analogous to spidermines in BW, so make them only attack ground.

Also, there's actually no micro involved to combat them. If someone could like spread his zealots or zerglings to take one out but it does massive damage if you don't that would be a lot cooler and much more interesting than leave it until someone attack moves to remove the unit.

Have it release an explosion affecting the radius every 5 seconds instead, so to defeat it you would stagger the units you send to kill it. And then to prevent them going all off at once the Terran would have to stagger the radius of the shredders to ensure they don't go off all at once.

It seems to me that with these new units, if they stay as they are or similar that Mutas won't be the go to unit for tvz anymore.

Between faster mobile Thors, albeit with less damage, Turrets, marines and Shredders i can't see how they will be viable anymore.

You are probably going to have to opt in, blizzard doesn't do open betas much (or at all) >.<

Imo me thinks blizzard is bias towards terran, cattlebrusier is as useless as carrier, yet they were too lazy to buff carrier so they removed it.

And terran don't have any scrapped units so far...

I though HOTS was the zerg expansion not terran again.

i just saw the video to the oracle.... really? the answer for protoss not being able to kill workers is to make a unit that cant kill workers? hopefully some changes happen but toss seems to get the shaft in this expansion

zerg looks good though, i might have to race switch

there is NO way to DT+ oracle rush and be safe, the gas cost is HUGE you would have to make only zealots to be able to afford this and by that time zerg can just go kill you

Twilight+dt + stargate is already 500 gas then 200 for a oracle then 150 for a DT
you are looking at a 850 gas rush, thats just not possible to get while making units that cost gas

Community speaks for itself. Protoss units suck so much, its not even funny...
Terran - meh, only Hellion transforamtion seems imba but if Hellion cost gas (20-25) than its ok. Shredders hmm, if they are only to control choke points i think its fine.

Zerg - I think they heard a lot of qqers so now they are going to stupidly overpower Z

You know why oracle is shit, because if you get Stargate + 2 oracle to fully close mining minerals you dont have alot of attackign units. So Zerg can just double expand and be fine with it....
