This is rather underwhelming. Maybe I'm just tired but I just dont see any reason to get excited over any of these. Maybe in real time gameplay it will be different but from what has been shown...meh =/

I have a feeling that the oracle (200 gas protoss overseer which can't detect) will be just as useless as the overseer they scrapped from zerg.
If they wanted to give protoss a real harassment unit, they would give them the soul hunter:

This unit might do bonus to light and be a gateway unit as well as jumping cliffs maybe...

So protoss cant do shit vs zerg now? cast defile on the colossi + stalkers and then auto lose when they cant hit anything, combine this with a fungal or two and its gg protoss army. Guess protoss arent meant to have more then 5 units clumped up at a time vs zerg in HotS

I would actually take dark archon at this point. Maelstrom addresses the exact problem that the tempest is supposed to solve - imagine catching 40 mutas and then storming them. Dark Archons had a feedback ability win a decent range, not like current HTs. And finally MC not only gave you a unit of a different race, it also DENIED OPPONENT that unit. It was like a permanent neural parasite. AND you could MC massive units.
Seriously I would take Dark Archon over any of these new units any day of the week.

Move out of the cloud? Saying Protoss can't do anything vs Zerg is like saying Zerg can't do anything v Protoss because of storm.

Why not just spread your units out and simply walk the ones you need to out of a cloud?

I feel the opposite. Replicant and oracle have some interesting potential, imo, while tempest seems pointless since muta timings are in the mid game and when it comes to late game blink+storm+archons deals with mutas just fine.
