Thats rather dumb. you tell the Koreans that you'll cover 2k. they say to you they want you to cover it all. Well if 2k will cover it then tell them that you'll cover it all. seems like really poor thinking on NASL's part. Saying you'll cover all costs isn't at all intelligent though unless you are also doing the booking yourself, as you have no control over how much they choose to spend. Being able to do it within 2k is very different from a guarantee that they'll do it in under 2k.

See, the difference here is that Thorzain, Jinro, Naniwa, and Sase actually had the ability and cash to make it to the GOM studio.

The $2000 is $1000 in travel and the minimum $1000 in prize money.

And tbh im tired of getting my heart broken ![]() Exactly this, Koreans are nice, but I just get my soul crushed every time that they play T.T Most Koreans not being there also means more interviews during the main season, since most of the winners will be able to speak English. Also there won't be people saying a win was only about lag or some shit.

You explicitly admitted that you can't tell the difference ingame between Koreans and high level foreigners, unless I misinterpreted that statement somehow - if that's the case, I apologize. I agree that competitive and entertaining games will be played, but the point that I took away from your original post was "one cannot can't even tell the difference, and people need to stop pretending that they can" - so, the natural next step in my thought process was, "Okay, so he can't tell the difference. That's understandable if he doesn't have enough knowledge of the game". If I showed a game where I didn't name the players...would you be able to tell the difference between say IdrA and some generic Code A zerg korean player( and IdrA doesn't gg doesn't count XD).Obviously I'm making assumption that they have similar style. I will be supporting NASL either way. Its a pretty awesome tourney, Koreans or not.

I lol'd at this :D I understand the decision Koreans made, but I dont agree on their 'threatening' to pull out -.-. I want to hear from Mr.Chae. TSL matter seemed really wrong when we only heard from ST coach, and it turned different when we heard Coach Lee's side of the story.
