No it's not easy to see more than 80% of people are in distaste, there's extreme minorities is what it is. someone even linked a thread where "the community" voted on code A casters and Moletrap got either all "excellents" or all "terribles" but came in at like 2nd place of casters overall rating. THAT is a fact, your 80% number is BS. His voice is hardly annoying to listen to, just like people complained (unfairly imo) about Kelly's accent, I think his voice has little to do with the casting capabilities and is merely a personal opinion, if you don't like it fine, i love it when he gets excited and his voice reaches that high pitch, it shows just how emotionally tied and excited he is for the game he's casting. I LIKE that. All casters interrupt each other, they have to, I don't notice it anymore from Moletrap than Doa, Artosis, Wolf, Wheat, or Day9, sometimes when there's action going on as a caster, and someone is talking about something, and you see something more important, YOU jump the fuck in. I think it's unfair to say he's just plain annoying. This is baseless, how so? what about him? I haven't found anything annoying about him. Does my point refute yours now? Apparently so, since just stating things in this thread somehow makes them fact right? Yes obviously he is hurting esports. gtfo -_-' really? Again, not true, unless you have statistics showing that gom has lost viewership when he casts, you're making bullshit random claims. He was one of the few casters we had in BW and he was great. He just needs to catch up in the korean scene for sc2, and he'll be fine like he was a few months ago. I hardly consider him unbearable and "not a good caster". And the poll I mentioned before, seems to indicate that there's a lot of people who think the same. how is that 100% the truth? because you and a handful of vocal minorities here are complaining? I haven't posted here and I like him. Does that mean no one else likes him except those who post? He definitely doesn't ruin my experience. Again you bring up the same 2 points again, but try to present them as a new point. what? And again you bring up the same points again that he should not be there because the 'majority' of people don't want him there, yet you've never proven any such majority. Yes we heard you the first 10 times about how YOU FEEL this is a bad decision. Yes, we heard you the 11 times before about how this is a /facepalm in your opinion. Oh, so now you're taking jabs at Kelly, you're an outstanding individual here on the forums. I'm glad "you'RE" serious, so am I. I didn't realize this was a "rate your personal biased opinions of casters thread" 1 night of casting from Jason Lee, and he's better than qxc, doa, kelly, and mole trap? amazing. | ||

Also, every caster interrupts another caster in some way. Though Moletrap just does it in some way that just comes out annoying to me. I'm sorry @_@. Sometimes he tries to say sorry why he interrupts for when there is a good reason. But then there are other circumstances of which he just talks over the other caster just because he just thought of something, either being funny or something about the player that no one asked about since the beginning of the game. Contradictory post is contradictory =D. I guess we all just want to vent our frustration on this matter. Though I'm sure in time it will heal itself, one way or another ^^. God my post makes no sense. | ||

I see him as one of the best casters. just cus hes been around for a long time we have to put up with his subpar casting? and he casted due to his own enjoyment, we dont owe him anything. he got donations so maybe he is the one who owes the community? maybe he should get a job and do something he is good at so he has food rather than do something hes bad at (cast sc) and live off of donations. | ||

Personally I found Jason Lee to be much worse, but I tolerated it because he was just a temporary caster, and quite hilarious at times (like when he said "Raven takes out the Medivac!" without even knowing what a Raven is lol). | ||

Made me laugh so hard, instead of getting a *real* job he was sitting at home taking wellfare(?) and donations commentating computer-games.. | ||

Moletrap is the one guy who will actually say "Hold on we have an engagement here" instead of continuing a joke about how he fell off his bike as an eight year old and then mentioning that they missed a huge battle, followed by a borderline homosexual exchange with his co-caster. He's 100% business, maybe he needs a colour-commentator to keep the haters entertained but he's damn good at keeping up with the game, staying on topic and being professional. | ||
