Don't argue with fanboys, he is obviously the best player in the world.

GoOdy

TSL Rain. He was a formidable player in MLG. I wish people stop yapping about his allins anymore

So he's lower-tier Code A. Happy? :D

Definitely going to say Moon and Demuslim. Wish they would show better results though, but I've always been impressed with their play.

Code B is good. Almost no foreigners are better than Code B (probably Sen but even he could definitely fail to get through Code B). But it's not Code S, and the fact Moon fell out of Code S then A and then failed to requalify twice should suggest he's at his level. Code B is hard to get out of but it's hard to fall into if you were once Code S.

I'd say he's better than players like Kyrix and more than half the Code A zergs.

Hongun seems to slip below everyone's radar, when he puts his head down he wins.
I'd say huk is still underrated. He's one of the better tosses in the world right now. Maybe MC, Hongun and Alicia are better.
Ryung and Ganzi don't get enough credit, they're quite good too.

Kyrix basically only ever plays really good players.

Pretty much the only bad players he's played he's beaten. His losses are to guys like MC, Bomber, Losira, Violet, Line, Marine King. Those are all really good players. If he went to foreign events I'm sure he'd boss mode it up like Moon does.

I'm waiting for ToD's big breakthrough. He shown in MLG he has some serious skills, but we don't see a lot of him. Hopefully he will get better and better.

Uniden is way underrated in my opinion.

Nerchio.
...
and Nestea (don't care what you think he is underrated )

thisisjimmy - hes one of the few who consistently make it out of open bracket at MLG's, his time will come soon.
and if anyone thinks strelok is anything but the greatest player in the world you are underrating him.

Hongun, he plays very well, but he just got unlucky in the past. I think he can make the finals for sure. Huk doesn't have the results of a top three Protoss. MC, Inca, Anypro, Hongun, Tester and Alicia all have better results than him and results are what matter. How can you include Inca, Anypro, and Hongun in a list of better Protoss players than Huk based on results? WOW. Rather than linking you their TLPD pages, or listing the specific events Huk has won vs. those 3 Koreans, lemme just tell you the number of top 3 finishes on their TLPD pages (Foreign and International). Anypro: No entries. Hongun: 1 (silver) Inca: 1 (silver) Huk: 19 (12 gold, 4 silver, 3 bronze) Foreign tournaments mean nothing. If there aren't Koreans there, it doesn't belong in a discussion about Sc2 at the highest level. Dreamhack he played two Koreans and one is Code B. Homestory he played one Korean, it was PvP. If we're talking about the best GSL is all that matters. And Anypro came third in a GSL iirc.
There is no way I can argue with what you're saying in this post, because it is completely contradictory and makes no sense.
You say that if there aren't Koreans, it doesn't matter. But if you say that, then saying that if there are Koreans, it does matter MUST be true. Then you imply that Huk's foreign tourney wins don't matter, even though Koreans were there. Then you say that only the GSL matters?????
Back to your original point, that only results matter... That is stupid. SO STUPID. I mean, results are an okay way to show how good a player is, but there is always a luck factor, or the player is having a bad day, or a really good day. Another guy quoted me and showed how stupid results are by saying that Dimaga has 17 golds, and Nestea has 3 on TLPD. But clearly, Nestea is the better player when you watch him play.
A good player can be out in the first round, and an okay player can go to the finals, and the best player in the world can win half of the events he goes to. Randomness like being out of position, or not noticing a zealot in your mineral line (TSL3 Tyler vs Strelok Taldarim Altar) skew results so much that you can't say that results are the only thing that matter. How a player plays is what matters imo. A player can lose 0-4 and you can still see that he played really well, he just wasn't as good as the other guy.
You say Inca is better than Huk because he has better results, but Inca is 1-9 vs. Zerg on his TLPD page. He only got 2nd place in GSL because he didn't play a Zerg and is a Protoss sniper... Huk has won multiple foreign events and remains Code S. So if you go solely by results, you're wrong.
Results don't mean as much as you think, and it most certainly isn't true that GSL, and Koreans are the only players are the highest level, and foreign tournaments don't matter.

Yeah, using only results is a stupid way to grade players. But he said that, "results are what matter", so I showed him results that were better.

For Example Bomber , LosirA , DongRaeGu and JYP failed multiple times but are now showing really good results.
Its just that the system for code A qualifiers is really tough and you lose one set you're out.
