I don't doubt DRG, I think he's a beast. But people are quick to overrate someone especially with artosis hyping the crap out of him. Same happened to mma, who again I think is a great player, but is overhyped for his level.
You seem to be forgetting artosis' superhype for puma
Artosis's superhype for PuMa is one of the main reasons I can't bring myself to cheer for PuMa. Argh. And the sad thing is, I have nothing against PuMa himself or his play, really. Just ... Artosis, please don't overhype. It makes me dislike players I would otherwise like.

Yeah he's not the best player in the world atm. He was, or at least was close, back when he won his GSL finals (not WC), but that's a long time ago and there are better players than him now.
That's not to say he isn't very very good.
Who is the better player Sir?

Overally juding, There is no player better than IMMvp.
It's not my thinking but Bomber's thought, who is one of the best terran
Well I confess but in some area like vs Protoss some players like bomber or Puma is better than him but not overall like he said. '
(Overall means : Macro management/Micro management/Reaction Speed/Multitasking ability/multi-direction harrassment/New and fresh build/ etc)
lol, overall base on result and money I definitely say MC is the best in the world. You can say Nestea, but hey MC has the same 2 GSL champion like Nestea and MVP, and this guy has been flying around the world to pick up money, constantly in top 3 in every tourney. May MC come back to hard-core training mode, I doubt anyone can better than him.

MMA earned his hype, by clinching gstl twice, owned his way through mlg, only recently lost in his worst match up to a Protoss who went undefeated all the way to Code A final (which i think he will win as well but its pvp...)
and for PuMa, the guy is well known in the korean scene as practice partner since sc1, hand picked by flash to practice with him....FLASH!! This means he definitely has the mechanic and experiences, all he needs is to work on his nerve issues and he will be a force to be reckoned with in the near future.
More on topic now, so excited for all the new invites, hope MVP find his rhythm again, and definitely want DRG to get into code S, and the foreigners please step up and take some games off the koreans, im not asking u to win the whole thing.... just win some games please! =)

Is it overhype if he's right, though?
I still think that Clide would win MLG hands down if he was invited.... this kind of format suits him really well! + Show Spoiler +
JK
But why, why, why is Anaheim in one of the busiest weekends I have upcoming in the coming weeks!!??! I hardly won't have time to check out the action. At least I'm hoping for DRG in the final, that would be a nice birthday present!
well... MLG 99% going to get won by a korean rofl. I can see IdrA, HuK, Naniwa, Thorzain, winning it though, but even tyler said "keep DRG away from america"

Yes, actually. One can overhype a good thing and consequently put people off of it. This phenomenon happens a lot in the entertainment industry; some people don't like having opinions shoved down their throats every which way they look (esp. with things such as books or movies or, in this case, progamers).
I don't think MMA is overrated if that's what you're implying. I do think he's been hyped too much, too early, though. People expected him to crush Polt, and the exact opposite happened. Then he lost that key match in the GSTL dropped down to Code B, and subsequently proceeded to lose to Check 0-2 in that one tournament. (I have to say that him stumbling so much in such a manner has made me like him a lot more, though.)

Fair enough. I see your point much more with MMA than with PuMa. I love MMA, but he was definitely overhyped.

You can say that because hindsight is 20/20. Let's see if Puma continues to do as well after his NASL! (I hope so!)
