Best mechanics in sc2, but I fear some of his builds are getting old and outdated. If he can stay fresh with his strats he should be set. Only reason we don't think mc is slumping is because he owns up the foreign scene. I don't doubt DRG, I think he's a beast. But people are quick to overrate someone especially with artosis hyping the crap out of him. Same happened to mma, who again I think is a great player, but is overhyped for his level. | ||

I hope MVP will get a good result. NERD CHILL :D p.s. I don't think Mvp's bulids are outdated. Recently Bomber took out oGsMC with proper timing push but actually It was introduced at first By IMMvp in laddar and GSL His mech vs Ganzi/Scfou is kina fresh build also. I think MVP is really trying hard to show that he is making many efforts creating fresh but very effective builds to his fans. Mostly his bcs build is his own style which makes me nerd chll whenever I watch it....:D | ||

There needs to be some sort of ELO or committee that seeds this. It is complete bullshit that you have 2-3 Code S level players in Group A + 2 solid foreigner pros, yet in B,C,D you only have 1 (and then a few solid foreigners + a bunch of average ones). It pretty much ruins the legitimacy of MLG results if someone outside of Group A wins. This could be made even worse if Ganzi/Alicia/other gosus get put in Group A. The top 6 players in the group stage format, in my mind, (without considering the open bracket players) are MVP, DRG, MMA, HuK, Nani, IdrA - and 3/6 are in Group A. 2 of those automatically have no chance of being seeded into the winners bracket just because they got unlucky. That is not good tournament design. TLDR: Put Nani or HuK into Group B or C | ||

He hasn't cast any of his games, afaik. DRG's hype is grassroots, and started months ago when he was streaming on TL. | ||

The bias during that game was beyond ridiculous, though I don't wanna complain about something like that now. Artosis- "oh my god drg is just crushing through every attack sc sends at him he is so far ahead". Meanwhile sc is up 3 bases to 2. DRG did end up taking that series 3-2 through very close games. Again I'm not insulting him, I tyhink he's great. But people are very quick to overhype players after 1 showing. | ||
