Resources are lost if a structure is destroyed before upgrade is finished. (I tested and it returns them but I still hear pro's like Sheth tell players like Mr Bitter that they must cancel or they lose the resources) | ||

Don't think so, as the building still counts as being controlled by them. You can only chrono zerg (and terran) buildings if you neural parasite a probe to make a nexus. | ||
