(MPQEditor) Here's the STC(Stronger Team Colors) Mod. pzea STCMod Start the MPQ editor up after installing, and locate the enUS.SC2Assets mpq, Located in your Starcraft II/Mods/Liberty.SC2Mod (not the Multi this time). BACK IT UP PLEASE! Then open it. Now you should be staring at a folder called Assets. If you open the STC mod you will see that after entering the enUSAssets folder, you also see a folder called Assets. Go into both Assets folders. Now what you want to do is drag the STC related folders over to the MPQ. STC related folders are Textures, and Effects. The folders that you don't need are Battle.net, LocalizedData, and Sounds. This is my bad, I uploaded all my stuff i had there. Those 3 folders are a BW sound mod that I had installed. If you want to try those sounds out go ahead and drag them as well. I did NOT make that sound mod. Credit goes to Zelniq for that. I'll make sure to message Zelniq to let him know what I did. And when I have time and my internet recovers I will upload a version without the sound mod to make it easier for you guys. Anyways, once that is done the mod should work. MAKE SURE: that you close the mpq editor before starting up SC2, or something funky will happen(nothing bad or permanent, so if you're curious, you can try it out.) I wrote this pretty fast so I apologize for any mistakes or non clear instructions, hopefully there is no trouble installing it. Currently I cannot open both STC assets and original assets at the same time, I cannot drag folders into the editor as easily as described. Are you opening two instances of MPQeditor? | ||
