In the best few days he got the account back and guess what? it has the most games played of any SC2 account http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/2041986/1/AbilityBunny/ LAWL when losses and wins still counted he had over 36000+ games logged WTF?? your friend (or at least his account) and another account were dumping games to each other, im surprised the account isnt banned because i know a bunch of people reported it its odd that somebody who is dumping games on a hacked account would go to all the effort of unlocking all the portraits for him tho...

Another thing you can do if you dont want to bother checking if every email you receive from "blizzard" is the real deal, you can just make a brand new e-mail account and link it to your bnet account, that way you'll have a spam free e-mail adress just for your bnet account. The best free scans out there for keyloggers are spybot search & destroy and ad-aware plus, i know this because i have alot of friends who got hacked and this worked for them, getting an authenticator also works ;p . In case you wish to recover the account and you dont have any acess to it, just send a copy of your passport/national ID to blizzard (talk to them on the phone first) and they will reset your password/email whatever instantly. If you contact them by e-mail the process is much much slower but still doable however.

Regarding spoofing, I had a VOIP server and I used to prank my friends. You can enter whatever caller ID you want ![]()

If you spoof an address it just means that any 'reply' will go to that address.
