Many in this thread acts like kids, cheer for the guy? He wants to show the community now for several years that he regret what he did, played fair and square over stream in this new game sc2. And hes going to korea because hes dedicated and motivated to become a progamer? So out of all this you ACTUALLY think he will maphack in korea? to become a progamer? Wow no one is that stupid, jesus christ. Anyways spades: Good luck brian, i know you can do it. You got the balls <3

I can understand why people get mad because hackers gets second chances but hey everyone knows that spades doesnt HACK on sc2 just because he streamed almost all of his games, AND Ive talked to him and played him several times hes a totally different person, well hes a guy that fools around but give me a break. People don't think he will hack in Korea, they feel upset because he never publically apologized for what he did or because they can't accept him after he hacked for so long in Brood War. It's their opinion and it's justified. You (and I as well) happen to want to give him another chance, that doesn't mean everyone has to.

It would be quite refreshing ![]()

I know but i read some of these posts that they wont forgive him because he might do it again? Apologized to the public? he was executed out from the community and left BW for a long while, he came back just to play some iccup not to compete with the higher players. I understand what you mean but i think a few players that got caught in the past will never get forgiveness. Some hackers got their forgiveness by the community just because they were either "popular" or they knew the "right persons".

With 4-5 of the best Code A players moving up, I think it will be easier than ever for new faces to make it in to Code A. I wish Spades the best of luck in attaining Code A, and I hope if nothing else he enjoys his time in Korea!

![]() An Epic tale of redemption and resolution, one programers quest to redeem his former glory and the love of his peers... "I'm an old broken down piece of maphacker and I deserve to be all alone, I just don't want you to hate me." ![]()

That being said, getting into Code A is not an easy feat. I will be rooting for as many foreigners into Code A as possible, because to be honest, the foreigners are so much better to watch, as they do not try stupid tactics over and over again. All I can say is that spades hopefully will adapt his game to a less all in manner to a more defensive manner in order to advance forward. I feel that the code A all inners are further ahead of him if it becomes all in vs all in. So he should focus on defending the first tier all in, then he will win... Just my thoughts. On the side note of hacking, it was brood war.. Who cares? Those judging him on the past should truely get over themselves. He is a good player without hacks, has proven that, so seriously, stop it.
