Personally, I can't wait to see the vast majority of terran players claiming to be "pros" last patch TANK in the ratings/leagues.
After a while most are going to switch to zerg yet since their macro/skill level was already borderline atrocious as Ts, they won't stand a chance past ling/baneling stage ^__^
Possibly they'll switch to P to get a feeling of having "hardcore strong units" ;-)

A "might be" silly question here: When is the patch going to be released in European servers if anybody knows? Because I didn't get any update yet.

haha i recently re-watched that movie (saw directors cut for the first time)
it always seemed to me that hudson is the only one thats being realistic i mean srsly they are so fucked they are surrounded by fucking aliens on a hostile planet with no means to escape and little weapons/ammo and its about to go dark
freaking out is the only logical reaction :o
but speaking balance again i just really hope they nerf marauder a little in upcoming changes, that would really get pvt metagame rolling, now with thors being a possibility
either that or maybe buff immos? would making them immune to emp be too much?

thats the bad thing about the otherwise good matchmaking system - if we suppose that terran was imba before, making them balanced would mean loss streaks for most terrans out there, dropping back to their real rank, and prolly lots of QQ

Aww man... i always loved hydras the most... really hope they either reduce their cost or increase their speed.

corruptors are now even less useful now and mass thor is going to be unbelievably strong after this

Possibly they'll switch to P to get a feeling of having "hardcore strong units" ;-) I'm actually fearing that, been having to play a lot of ZvZs since the 1.2 announcement. Bloody switched from T a while back because I hated TvT, but ZvZ is even worse. Good thing about ZvZ so far is that it's pretty rare...

Feedback is going to be useless now...

You misread the patch. There is nothing having to do with blink on creep.
And really all that was nerfed was voidrays (although in another way they got buffed) and those were not seen TOO much in tournament play anyways.
Think before you post.

And overall toss was nerfed most..doubt you'll ever see toss win a big tourney. because they are different races with different abilities and one of zerg's abilities is to temporarily immobilize a group of units. also, in case my benefit of the doubt was misplaced, you can blink on creep, fungal growth is not creep, it is a spell cast by the infestor.

I understand people loving or hating the patch based on how it effected their specific race/playstyle/circumstances but I don't like what blizzard is doing as far as the bigger picture goes.
They've been constantly destroying the whole concept of early game pressure, and while I don't think all games should be about some sorta early game pressure, the option should still be there to keep the game diverse. The only players that can't adapt to early game pressure are the weaker ones.
Also, obviously it sucks for competitive 1v1 players if they are sacrificing 1v1 balance for the sake of 2v2 etc.
I dunno it just feels like to me that blizzard is balancing the game in a similar way they balanced wow, not truly looking for that perfect state of balance but instead just throwing out changes that don't always make sense to keep the game dynamic that way.

For Baneling busts, is it still 4 Banelings per Depot, or has it been increased to 5? I still use 5 anyways as backup, but I'm just curious.
I love the Roach buff. The main unit in my games are Roaches. I'll be happy to use them even longer.
The only time I ever consider using Hydralisks is against Void Rays, Vikings or mass Stalkers. Now, it appears I don't even need to use Hydralisks against Stalkers, since Roaches can't be infinitely kited anymore. Void Rays are still, maybe even more, of a threat now. Vikings remain the same.

Holy shit!
The voidray change is awesome imo.
The nexus hp change makes me sad.
Medic speed change makes me sadder.
I won't make reapers ever again (I didn't use them much anyway).
Thor change is really nice, will definitely start using them in tvp more.

True that.
ZvZ is by far the matchup I hate the most, it's even more retarded and redundant than TvT. OOO ling/baneling how original. If it gets past that stage it's "whoever gets the most mutas wins" since if you go roach it's instant-loss and you won't have enough time to charge the infestors to counter the mutas... yay...
It's atrocious.

You get a group of 5 or more, then when you go in for the attack, you send them around the map picking off undefended expos. How? Mutalisks easily destroy them. Speedlings outrun them. Roaches negate them and aren't kiteable aynmore. Hydras outrange them.
Any Protoss will warp-in additional units in the late game. You won't be able to destroy any buildings in time against Protoss in the late game. Eco raids will be possible for just a few seconds. That's all. Until then your army will be behind because of the reaper investment.
SC2 also has a stronger recon due to smaller maps, a lot of towers, creep spread, overlords etc. It's hard to surprise anyone in the late game.

From what I read in the thread, it's 5 banelings to take the depot down to 6hp, which burns down fast.

I think just like you. I like my early pressure as every race... I dont want every game to turn to "who macro the most win". Or every game start with a FE since you cant do enough pressure...
its so stupid...
if i wanted to play brood war i would be playing it

Wow... Void Ray charge was strong, but it was hard to get charged up to make it balanced. You'll need a 3rd void ray to do the damage 2 could do vs armored. That's kinda silly when you look at how rare void rays are in competitive games.

EDIT: Nevermind. I was being a dick.

I can guarantee you that in a few days, most forums will be FULL of threads made by Terran players in a vibe close to : "Zerg's Op", "OMG NERF ROACH", "IMBA", "NO FAIR". ;-)
Edit: On a side note, 6-pooling a terran will now be hilariously funny.
