JP asked him, if you want one unit to IMPROVE/COMPLETE the protoss race for hots, what do you want. Tyler then answered " he want a protoss harass units" or " a buff on protoss harass in general"

Zerg have overlords everywhere. Terran need medivacs in any matchup. Drop ships are easily accessible for both of them.
On the other hand, brotosses would have to stop colossus production from the robo to make dropships. They just aren't as accessible. And if they fail it is a much bigger investment (I don't mean monetary, opportunity cost wise).
Also they are more fragile. Less health and armor disparity.
FYI I play zerg. I'm not just a protoss fanboy.

Warp Prism has no armor at all as well, making it die a hell of a lot faster. The ability to warp in units is a moot point if it dies in half a second.

Yes he did ask for buff. But that was what JP asked. Basically what JP asked was, if you can buff protoss in HOTS, what will you do.
Admitting/ thinking that Protoss drops are weaker compared to other races is not the same as saying Protoss is weak. Different races have its own strength and advantages.

There was nothing insinuating that protoss was weak. Incontrol asked for archons to not suck, but he was only being half-serious.

Warp Prisms with speed are as fast as mutalisks, they should never be hit unlike medivacs

Something that would kill a Warp Prism in 10 seconds will kill a Dropship in 10.5.
Please stop making excuses for not using the Warp Prism. You have a moveable Nydus Worm that can't be destroyed by only Probes. Why don't you actually try it first?
