I ask for some help now. If you have the official release and you already installed it, can you please provide me information of the following: -What operating system do you have (for example Winddows 7 64 bit) -What is the default Sc2 installation folder (for example "C:\Program Files (x86)\Starcraft II") -Where are your replays saved automatically by Sc2? -Where are the map files stored? For the maps folder, look for wierd names like "505b560e0d2739a919384766e2f331fd42483a347c92111549c442e7e1cd738d.s2ma" (this is the name of the map Discord IV). Thanks.

![]() However, the charts for these replays seem to be borked: http://sc2rep.net/replays/starcraft-2-replay-z-liquidtlo-vs-p-mouzhasu-desert-oasis-07-28-2010 http://starcraft.gamesports.net/de/replays/1234/

Auto-update should handle the new version, just click on "Update" when it pops up.

You just need to run Sc2gears while you play (you can hide it to the notification area if you want). If you want to change the replay auto-save folder, go to the Settings/Folder settings menu. This is great, but with the current memory footprint of sc2gears (~107 400 K) I'm worried about running it in the background.

There is a template-based rename function, so you can rename even thousands of replays with a few clicks. But the auto-saved replays gets the date and time as name. The reasons behind this: -This way in file managers you will see them in the same order you played them. -I don't think it's valuable adding map names to them and after a year seeing like 300 lost temple, 300 Blistering Sands etc. With Sc2gears you can filter and sort the replays any way you like. You can save, copy, move, pack (ZIP) the replays just like in file managers. -I did not yet found the game time recorded in the replay, but the game time is too valuable information to be lost. It might be lost when you download a replay from a web page for example. But multi-replay analysis needs this information in order to calculate and display time development statistics and charts properly. So if the date info is lost, you can always regain it from the name of the file.

![]() Exclude abilities in the search filters. Allowing me to exclude a specific subdirectory from a replay source, for example, or exclude all games that feature motherships or something like that. Or imagine you play random and you want to include all games except for ZvZ; you'd have to create 8 separate sources right now, instead of just excluding it from your search. Or you might want to look at every game you've played except for those on Desert Oasis, or those against a specific opponent.
