The only differences are the stalkers, voidrays, and probes. Terran is completely unchanged. Zerg is the big difference here because they have more teamcolor to units and structures as well as a different looking infestor and drone. Theres probably more but i forgot. | ||

It is of course legal in the sense that Blizzard will not and cannot sue you over changing a few textures in the game. This however, is not what you mean to be asking and just me being picky. What you mean to say is Does this violate the EULA I agreed too, and can my account get banned for using it? The answer to this sadly is, yes. Reading the terms of Use posted on the website [1] shows that in both part 1, and 2.E you cannot modify any part of the game. And to those that will say 'I have been using this for X and I am not banned' just because they haven't yet doesn't mean they wont.
