Barracks
Train Reaper no longer requires a Tech Lab Addon.
Hellbat
Attack speed changed from 1.9 to 2.The Infernal Pre-Igniter upgrade no longer increases Hellbat weapon damage.Napalm Spray weapon damage increased from 10 +9 vs. light to 18 +12 vs. light.Splash damage radius decreased from 110 to 45.
Medivac
Caduceus ReactorNo longer improves the healing rate of Medivacs.Upgrade cost decreased from 150/150 and 110 seconds to 100/100 and 80 seconds.Emergency Thrusters ability renamed Ignite Afterburners
Raven
Seeker missile Energy cost decreased from 125 to 75.Primary target damage reverted from 300 to 100.Seeker Missile once again deals splash damage.The delay time prior to firing has been increased from 3 to 5 seconds.
Reaper
The Battlefield Awareness passive ability has been removed from the game.Movement speed increased from 3.38 to 3.75.The Nitro Packs upgrade has been removed from the game.P-45 Gauss Pistol weapon damage decreased from 4 +5 vs. Light to 4.
Siege Tank
Siege Tanks no longer require an upgrade in order to enter Siege Mode.

Protoss

Mothership
The Vortex ability has been removed from the game.
Mothership Core
The Envision ability has been moved to Oracle.
Oracle
The Time Warp ability has been moved to the Mothership Core and the Mothership.

Zerg

Infestor
Fungal Growth damage decreased from 30 +10 vs. Armored to 30.
Mutalisk
Mutalisk Regeneration passive ability renamed Tissue Regeneration and its tooltip has been updated to improve clarity.

Well, you can reactor reapers now.. but they suck balls anyway so why bother.

The tank buff is nice to deal with some all in in TvZ and will allow to not have some silly losses in TvT but beside that it does nothing.

Loving the seeker revert tho. 75 energy on old seeker missile is god like. So godlike I guess it will be nerfed.

Medivac upgrade doesn't increase healing, but what does it do then now ?

Am I reading this right? O.o? no upgrade for siege mode, didn't expect that one to be honest, interesting patch overall

Also finally vortex is out of the game

That could make for some even earlier deadlier timing attacks. :x

Tank buff will save me from those random games where I forget to upgrade siege.. but it does let you get out one extra tank because you saved money! :D

Ahah Oracle and MSC change. Seriously cannot decide what to do with these units, can they?

Siege Tank change, will you just buff the damn thing already, damage/splash/cost whatever. This change is just not helpful.

Well, "LOL" is the best thing to describe this patch. I honestly don't think they have a clue.

Wtf, this patch makes no sense. David Kim's ""Thoughts on Balance Update #2" have better give a clear explanation.

Is it "4+4vs light" or just "4" ? If it's just 4 you'd better do a shit ton of reapers !

Sigh..every time I am excited for the patch notes to see if they are going to nerf widow mines so that they don't nullify mutas, but every time I am disappointed. Widow mines right now are the only reason I am not playing the game :/.

These patch notes are getting more and more disappointing because they are just making it more clear that blizzard has no idea what they are doing.

So Reaper now deals only 2x4 damage? Who gona spend 50 gas for a unit with 50 hp that does same damage as queen? -.-

Holy crap the patch notes are no joke. The Hellbat does 18 damage straight up, 30 vs light, no upgrade required. Thats pure non-sense.

And the HSM is not a range 10, AOE py-storm with a 5 second delay. 100 damage straight to your face for 75 E-straight up. Welcome to the club terrans! As a protoss, I feel you will enjoy these new long range AOE dealing machines.

And now reapers are jerks that do no damage, but they are freaking fast.

Wow, no research requirement for sieging. Now, that is just wrong; there are just some things that should not be changed about Starcraft. I respect Blizzard's thoughts on trying to make it different, but this will not change anything other some early timings. Tanks were already meh in SC2, but, with the removal of the research requirement, they are just another unit. I can not fully describe how absurd this change is.

Glad the HSM splash is back, though. They should have never removed it. I would like for it to be microable against, though. I understand you can theoretically stop it before it shoots, but after it shoots, it is basically a sure hit.
Time warp seems better on Mothership. The less spheres clogging up the already saturated screen the better.

I would love to sit in on Blizzard team meetings to hear what they talk about and how they come to these conclusions.

I dunno that Hellbat buff in conjunction with siege seems pretty good.
