The changes to the medivacs were to offset other changes. It's good that both Protoss and Terran have greater harass potential now. also single dropships are now going to do massiv damage in a drop, the even faster heal will mean even single dropship drops pose a huge problem since warped-in gateway units just die to mmm. this might help break up the deathball since it forces toss to keep units in all bases constantly (unless toss has temps, then one temp does the trick...) also, could someone elaborate on the thor changes? is the new aa weapon any good? overall i really like the approach of this patch. make shit more overpowered for every race instead of nerfing everything into the ground :o | ||

Well Terran was always considered the race that can keep in game by dropping. if dropping isn't possible anymore... bye bye terrans. BTW: Why aren't u complaining about the same ability for protoss (speed warpprism with "unlimited" capacity if you consider you can warpin tons of units across the whole map without even thinking about how long the path from your base to the warpin is?). Have no worries: if ANYTHING with the terran race will be spottet in the wild as being "strong" or almost OP (although most of the times it never really was OP, just other races didn't learn fast enough to deal with it), then it will get nerfed to infinity. | ||

The price increase was the upgrade that makes them heal more quickly. The Thor's ground weapon remains the same regardless of what AA weapon it has active, I think. The new AA is single-target as opposed to splash. It seems to shoot not so quickly. That's all I think I know. | ||

sounds fun, i guess it something similar with helions with blue flame, except its flying :D. Widow mines will prolly offset them in tvp, and pvp, it might be only stargate vs stargate opening. | ||

Storms, Colossi, Fungal (if it stays how it is), GG-Lords etc are still pure death for a Bio army, since a medivac still only heals 1 unit a time. | ||
