we should have a challenge of doing brutal without any research or upgrades. then it will be really easy to see which level is real hell.

2. Laser drill 3. Engine of destruction 4. Train robbery. Talking about first time through, replaying a lot of these missions dont seem so hard. Easiest missions are the first two on char. Once entire tech tree opened up it was just 1a2a3a

All in is impossible without research. I mean the key to beating nydus is tanks and wall in(which tanks will destroy with splash) and the key to beating air is vikings with splash.

I'm not sure how'd you'd kill kerrigan without stim though. =/

But the aforementioned 3 are all on a hell of time table. Tychus is unbelievably quick between knocking out bases and you are just forced to slam into entrenched positions with Tanks, Bunkers, and Marauders, oh my. Supernova forces you to have an UNREAL unit retention, otherwise you are just unable to win. Even if you could get the resources to rebuild an army you might lose attacking the Toss, you don't have anywhere to safely land it long enough to do so. And All In? What is there to say, you have to fight off 10000 food of Zerg units with Kerrigan being a ball buster. The only thing that makes that easier is that the AI is just too dumb to not get caught up on Hydras and have Kerrigan use Storm effectively.

One-shotted "Utter darkness", "All-in" and "Engine of destruction" easily and got all achievments. Does hardly require any execution. Just strategy.

Engine of destruction? That was one of the easiest levels. Mass cloaked Wraiths with SVs and SCVs behind. I was so bored waiting for Tychus to just gogogo. I even killed the Elite BC (i think it was Loki) with spread out wraiths. All in was crazy hard until i figured it out (like all missions beomce a walk in the park once you figure them outlol)

I didn't have 25% more gas, slowing zerg tower, +15% attack speed, +150hp bunkers or flame turrets, so its was pretty tricky, but once i found out that getting a couple of armour upgrades (+15% hp) for the tanks would let them survive Kerrigans storm it went a lot better. Supernova I found to be easy, but i had science vessel and tech reactor by then so i just massed banshee, got merc vikings and 2 science vessel and rolled every base they had.

All the other missions were minor problems, imo they don't even compare...
