Have barely been outside but ive been jumping around/exercising inside and I think I have microfractures in 4 of my toes and my hand is also painful in my right hand pinky joint. I've been practicing a lot of piano. But HOLY shit I'm 21 and I feel like pain everywhere, lower back too from posture probably fml wtf
It sounds like a lot more than Vit D. Also, like gotunk said it's dirt cheap, just get some.

Yeah I'll get some just in case, what else do you think it could be? I'm really worried I have like rheumatoid arthritis or something... Going to go see doctor next week

Could be plenty of things, doubt you have vit d deficiency or RA at 21. I have no idea without seeing you, see what the doc says.
Yeah I honestly don't know, I literally can barely walk, and when I do I have to walk bowlegged so that my toes don't bend. Only my big toes are completely unaffected fuk. Been resting the fuk out of it too god. Damn I need to see a doc

if it were in the big toe more than the other toes, I would say it sounds more like gout than anything else. The point is though there are a million things it could be and self diagnosis/WebMD doctoring is not the way to go.
Went to an indoor driving range yesterday. First time I do so during the winter. Forgot how punishing that shit is when you're just swinging ball after ball for an hour. Knee immediately started acting up. Gonna have to start stretching seriously again.
Also, every time I play golf I simultaneously remember why I hate and why I love it. I don't think I've ever played a round of golf when I wasn't considering quitting forever. Nothing more infuriating than fucking up a shot you spent 30 seconds setting up for, but then there's nothing sweeter than being rewarded with a long straight shot for it either.
Yeah that's why I never play golf without at least polishing off 8 beers. More fun less anger :D Plus you hit that sweet spot right around 3-4 beers where you're relaxed but not drunk and your swing is so good.
Nah. Discus discs (disci?) have a lot more weight and different aerodynamics, plus discus is all about distance while disc golf requires a lot of accuracy and turns and stuff

I used to throw frisbee with my dad every weekend at the local parks when the weather was nice for many many years and we were pretty decent at it i'd say - although by no means experts :D heres my take on it
if you try to throw a frisbee with discus technique you're going to have an absurdly hard time having it go steady - a frisbee is so much lighter that the power generated by a discus technique is totally unncessary at best.
as far as frisbee throwing techniques go, the simplest one is just (for people who use their right hand) holding the frisbee between your thumb and the rest of your fingers, turn a bit to the left of where you want to throw, take your hand to your left and rotate your upper body towards where you want to throw while extending your arm and finally "snapping" your wrist to send it off - you dont need much power to throw it far - its all about sending it off steady with the right rotation - just play around with it a bit ^_^
Edit: looked around youtube for a visual demonstration - it was hard to find a decent simple one but this one is alright
The next few months I'll probably be continously jetlagged. I am flying to the US every other week so as soon as I have adjusted to one time zone I'll be flying back out again.
This really goes against my NY resolution of living more healthily TT.
