But really cool that at least Sweden won when we didn't, they have a super charming team and it's really good to have Swedish success for the longevity of the sport. ![]()

So far this olympic the skis have been garbage, in event after event, and today was the worst of all. A lot of pundits are regarding this as a total scandal etc. And frankly, it's incredible how it's possible to fail this terribly while spending this much resources, and not just in one race, but our male and female biathlon and cross country skiers have all been struggling with bad skis in almost every race.. You saying that it's not enough to throw money at something to make it work? I am shocked. That said, hope you lads over there complain less and are happy for Ola more, such a sick race he had, especially if he hadn't the best under his feet either.

I remember watching curling at the 2002 olympics (not too much though), and in my memory I rarely saw an end in which more than 3 stones where in play at the same time (now almost every end looks much more complex). I felt that then most of the shots just took out the stone the other team played before. More likely is that my brain tricks me, or I've watched the wrong games then; but still I'd like to know. As far as the swedes go they are more confident in the harder shots and if that goes for everyone it SHOULD in the end lead to a game where you are more comfortable with more stones in play.
