I rowed 8 mins on my 2k. Three weeks of doing intensive cardio sessions 7x a week or more I'm down to 6:40. Hoping to get to a 6:05 2k by the end of the year, but that might be unrealistic. Yolo. Erging is zero fun though.
Hi guys long time no see! I have to give you guys a update how it is atm! I dropped 40kg in 4-5months, now weights around 99-101kg. Clearly lost some of my musclemass strength, still have backproblems I've got 2 years back. But i've also recovered alot the past 8months and my strength are coming back. Still have some problems as I said also with other stuff/irl.
Now Gym Talk! Had to lift 20kg in deadlifts for 8reps in recovery or it hurt way to bad. Now: stopped with deadlifts, and been doing rack-pull instead my PB 310kg on 99kg BW. Benchpress.. Rly hate that exercise :p Anyway I have 130kg close-grip bench. Squats: I cant squat I am sorry guys, but my back is killing me here. But I've done 400kg 2rep 99.3kg BW in squat machine ish dunno what the name is :p Doing some other heavy lifts as dumbbells, yoke and more

Foot still messed up, follow up to the chiro this morning. Couldn't do leg stuff so did back/bi's with a friend. Been awhile since I had trouble washing in the shower lol my biceps are rekt.
Managed to massively inflame my neck and back muscles. Can't move my head and shoulders anymore. Fuck this. On top I caught a cold.
According to doc nothing too serious and should go away in 2 days with pain killers. Trouble is I am supposed to bungee jump into water tomorrow Fuck timing.
Got a membership to a $10/mo gym with no barbells but its like a block away and they have dumbbells so meh. A few of my friends go there too, we are all different sizes. One of us is trying to lose, one is trying to gain, one is bulking its like goldylox and the three bears except there are four bears and no goldylox.
Never realized how much I've been neglecting my grip strength and forearms. Been doing direct grip work and tons of wrist curls for a few weeks now and my deaddlift max and work capacity have gone up dramatically. I wish I had figured that out much earlier
