Big rivalry game for rugby tomorrow. We're 1-4 right now so time to kick it up this weekend. Been playing well this year, can't wait to beat the crap out of this team tomorrow. There's a couple good runs from me here from a couple weeks ago at 13:00 and 38:00 http://vimeo.com/106772256

I spent most of august and september with a sore throat and a fever, but the doctor just said to come back if it got any worse. What I'm trying to say is summer's over, 'm a whiny fuck and I wish my squat was higher. Wah.

Thanks, might just have a try just for novelty's sake :D On October 05 2014 05:11 Jerubaal wrote: Is there a point past which you shouldn't do mixed grip deadlifts? Not really. Maybe if you repeatedly tear both your biceps, but generally mixed grip is just a good idea. Some guys have this notion that doing it double pronated will help their grip more, but that notion goes out the window pretty quick when they get to bigger weights or higher volume. If you are worried about imbalances in the stress on the upper back, you can just alternate the pronated/supinated hand. Not sure if I fully understand the question though.

Curious what TLHF's opinions on chiros are? I know I've seen some recommendations/comments but curious if anyone's looked into it. I've tried to do some reading online but it seems very "internet" for lack of a better description.
