I have to say I don't think Nico would do something like that but he could see he was 2/10ths down on delta, Hamilton clearly wasn't happy (he said he was 2/10ths up). Just like Rosberg can feel hard done by for losing an earlier race due to safety car timing.
It's just how it goes.

Lets also investigate Kvyat for having an accident.

Pretty blatant to me his steering is all left/right left/right left/right before he locks up and then afterwards as lewis is coming by he reverses towards the track...

Lock-up aside, he reversed out on to the track as Lewis was coming through, quali was over he had no reason to do that. I fully expect a penalty now.

how is that relevant? Kyvat lost control of the car, Rosberg was going left/right left/right on the steering wheel before anything was wrong with the car.

Bad decision imo.

Edit: Apparently his reversing wasn't even discussed in the stewards room, which means I agree with the decision it wasn't on purpose. Impeding everyone behind him (not just Lewis) deserved a penalty though I feel for reversing on track when it was completely unnecessary to do so.

I think it was great how Hamilton reacted to it in post quail interviews. He kept his cool and said not a lot. A couple years ago Lewis woulda been crying like a girl. He has really matured and I think he is gonna come out tomorrow and destroy Rosberg. Looking forward to it !

Also, there is possible rain for race tomorrow! Should be a good one !

Strong race from Nico. Just shows how important track position is. Near impossible for Hamilton to pass unless Nico made a mistake, which he did not. Don't think Hamilton should get beat up over this. Its in the past he should focus on Canada and beat him there. I also think the Media have blown Nicos "mistake" way up. They just itching for anything to make it more interesting. And its doing my head in how much Sky F1 hjas been barking on about how this is Prost Senna all over again. Its getting boring. Really. Move on.
