No risk of tire damage. Staying in Hamilton's dirty air probably caused more damage than the one change of line required to overtake.

The way he won Monaco was exactly the reason why that race is fucking horrendous as a racing event. Can't take your posts seriously when you continuously spell tyre as tire... Webber is not 100x worst a driver than Vettel, the championships Vettel has won could of been Webber's if he was the no1 driver. Webber is a good solid driver, who is slightly worst than Vettel. Vettel is nothing special as proven, when he was about 8seconds behind Webber when they were both told to save on tyres and Webber continuously smashed good times in and Vettel was being chased down by Lewis in the Mercedes constantly. That race yesterday was Webber's 100% and he proved he was a good driver by doing what he did. It took an undertake in the pits (Vettel coming in lap before Webber) for him to get close to him, for him them to disobey everyone and overtake him. Ross Brawn got on the radio (Not Rosbergs engineer) and told him to STAY BACK!! For that reason. But of course they should of let Rosberg through, but it was a similar case to Webber/Vettel, they were told to bring it home, not race, just chill, and Rosberg didn't want to, he felt his car could still push

The reason for then playing safe wasn't simply becuse they want hammy to win all the things, but that certainly plays a part of it. @Pandemona, I'm glad becuse maybe that will mean you won't reply to my posts and I can continue to just ignore your juvenile posts and opinions that you continually post here.

@Release - Why are you so upset about Rosberg being told to hold station for the last few laps? Clearly you are not a fan of Nico, and it is a common practice in F1. He was allowed to race him up until that point and couldn't pass. If it was about the three points then don't worry, Mercedes won't have the pace to challenge for the title unless the big European upgrade is amazing.

..they might not get drivers championship but they seem to be in a good position to really challenge for constructors.

Same car, (tentatively same fuel and same setup), same strategy, and Nico had more traffic and he was faster than Hamilton.
