This. The fact that test subjects in Ancel Keys' starvation experiment were allowed unlimited coffee because of the negligible caloric content makes it especially amazing.
Started doing exercises to improve my posture. Fuck, my posture sucks balls. I already feel a difference in my... body. Here's to hoping it will transfer to the gym (better form?).
I started them because I've been having some pain in my upper back/shoulder/neck area, culminating in a sharp pain while doing OHP last week. It almost felt like a "pop." I immediately stopped and was able to workout the next session, not squats though, didn't have the arm flexibility. Pain persisted (drinking a few nights probably didn't help). Started doing these posture exercises and man do I feel good.

Probably 100-200mg depending on the size/strength of said coffee. You probably wouldn't feel many if any symptoms.
1 cup of coffee a day is really not a lot. I doubt you will have serious withdrawal if at all, and not for more than a day.
My source is the best: Anecdotal evidence. When I quit coffee addiction it went exactly how kaluro said (and also, I have read similar things).
I went from 1l+ a day to zero over night. That was followed by almost 2 weeks of continuous, unfixable headache. I just had a headache from 8am to 10pm, every day.
I didn't have any caffeine for another 3 weeks after that, and then went into drinking coffee only on Saturdays, basically only recreationally since I just loooooove coffee. Then I moved to one pre-workout espresso or green tea, which I kept going for quite a while.
Currently my schedule is completely fucked because I am traveling all the time and I can't workout anyway because of injury so I am back to daily coffee. But I am sure I can just shake it now if I need to.
Everything he's doing is really impressive, but occasionally there'll be a really odd exercise just thrown in or super-setting loads of singles together.
Talking of pre work out I haven't had any in about 14 months until Monday night. Woke up the next day with a splitting headache. Prework out never again didnt seem to help at all and the "hangover" the next day was shit. (Gym I go to had free trial pre work out, thought fuck it ill give it a go)

Trolling the world/cashing in on Crossfit. I'm gonna guess his seminars will be mostly just him trolling people in their own gyms lol.
today i started my 5x5 program with no weight. i asked the instructor help about the technique of the A circuit cause i have never done that, i tried to explain him about the new routine that i want to follow but the looks he gave were like he thought i was a idiot, he looked so skeptical about the things i was telling him but i really didnt care his opinion cause i was decided to follow this method at least 3 months, finally he taught me how to do squats and bench press but he didnt know what was the Barvel row so i show him how was it... kinda, the he proceed to show me how it was done... i guess he knew the exercise but with other name. The first day took me 40min aprox, i did it calmly and taking my time and trying to focus on the technique. the equipment to do the squats was in a corner, nowbody use its just like Mehdi said. The only problem i think i will have is that they dont have smaller weights so ill try to solve that adding what i have at hand and coming the closest possible to the wieght i should do.

p.s. squats man, so fucking hard
Congrats on getting started...don't worry too much about the instructor, many 'instructors' don't really know what they are doing If you need any help with the technique take a video of your form and post it.

Yeep, squats are hard -_-
Though I think you mean to say barbell rows, because of the barbell being used. Never heard of barvel.

i think the thing that gave him away was his snatch grip stiff-legged deficit deadlift. he's still strong as fuck to pull it off though.
