Ideally 75kg Training goals -- no specific goals, mostly weight loss right now Nutrition goals -- Cut all fried/fast food Sleep goals -- n/a Here's my issue. I'm a Muslim, and Ramadan just started. The fasts are about 20 hours long here, so no food or drink between 2am-10pm. I was wondering if it was even possible to go to the gym, and if so, what regime would you recommend?

What's your routine now? If it is, for example, lifting weights, then you should time your workout so that it ends and you can get home right when whatever time it is you are allowed to eat again. That way you can refuel right after a workout and you maximize the amount of time you can eat. Intense cardio might be harder, but I don't like to do that shit so idk lol. Also, it might be a good time to take a deload week if you've been going at it hard the past few weeks. Working out fasted isn't the end of the world (for example, I prefer to lift before breakfast, so that could be 10 or more hours after my last meal), so just take it easy and you should be ok. You dont have any workout related goals, want to lose weight and you're only allowed to eat 4 hours a day. I don't see how you couldn't lose weight lol. Just manage to not eat more than your BMR (prob 2000-2500 calories) in that four hour time span. Cook a big meal and eat 1k cal at beginning of 4 hr window and 1k cal at the end of it. Look into intermittent fasting.

In brighter news! After my workout today, coach decided it'd be a good idea for some birthday prowlin' Never pushed one before and was nauseous after 6x20 meter pushes with an empty prowler. Then I had the good idea of pushing my heavier powerlifting friend on the prowler. 20 seconds of struggling with no progress.

Check this link out I have a question about the fried/fast food cutting out. Do you eat a lot of fast foods now? Of is it something that you just want to cut out completely. Are you planning to cut these foods out cold turkey or slowly? Sometimes it helps to do it a little slower.

I got the Zhang Kong. I've been doing power snatches for the last two hours since I got back from work on a makeshift platform, I'm quickly falling in love with this bar. Image is too big for TL: http://i.imgur.com/L6s16zD.jpg
